What we love about them is their use of environmentally safe cleaning agents. We want our space to be sparkling clean without harming the green sides, so their eco-friendliness is a huge plus.

We also appreciate that they’re open all day from Monday to Saturday. This is such a huge plus for anyone juggling a packed schedule.

Their responsiveness is also impressive. Many of their customers said they’re quick and efficient. We can confirm since they responded almost immediately when one of our researchers hired them to pressure wash his driveway. 

When it comes to pricing, they offer competitive quotes. They’re meticulous and respectful in their work, so you really get what you pay for. While their service is top-notch and competitively priced, you might find some companies offering lower bids. 

Beyond pressure washing, Grime Busters also provide additional services like Christmas light installation and parking lot painting. It’s great to see a company that goes beyond cleaning to help enhance the overall look of a space.

What we appreciate most about Peak Pressure Washing is its staff, especially Dan, who are friendly and communicative. We value services with an accommodating team because they make us feel cared for and understood. 

Beyond Dan’s approachable demeanor and quality work, he also provides comprehensive home exterior cleaning solutions, including roof shingles and gutters. While his focus is strictly on residential properties, his attention to detail ensures top-quality results. 

However, unlike other companies, Peak Pressure doesn’t offer same-day services. You have to make an appointment; the team typically arrives the next day or the day after.

It’s a good thing, though, that the team is punctual. They also call ahead to let customers know that they’re on the way.

Additionally, their quality work shows no reports of damage to gardens and lawns. 

Pricing is also a plus. Dan offers free estimates, which is a relief for potential clients. And based on his finished projects, you can expect fair value for the service provided.

For new customers, pricing is especially appealing. PDX ProWash offers a 10% discount and free estimates, ensuring that their service is both accessible and affordable. 

Of course, quality matters most. So we’re really pleased with how good they are with projects involving flatwork, curbs, and stairs. We’re especially impressed with how they manage to complete these jobs without harming surrounding greenery. 

That said, their services are not as comprehensive as other providers. They don’t offer specialized services, like graffiti removal, leaf guard installation, and wood cleaning and sealing.

The company made it to this list primarily for its pricing. It offers the best price among other competitors, making it a solid choice for clients with limited budgets.
