How to Get to Eliot
Via tram: Take the tram at Portland Streetcar or Portland TriMet at NW 9th & Lovejoy. It’s about a 20 to 30-minute trip to N Weidler & Ross in Eliot.
Via bus: Take the Line 4 bus at Portland TriMet in NW Everett & 5th. Hop off at N Williams & NE Russell in Eliot. The direct trip takes about 10 minutes.
Via taxi or private car: Head north on SW 4th Ave, then turn right onto SW Alder Street. Merge onto I-5 N via SE Morrison Bridge.
Take exit 302A toward Broadway/Moda Center. Continue onto NE Victoria Ave and turn left onto NE Broadway.
Then, take a right onto N Williams Ave, and finally turn left onto N Russell St to arrive in Eliot.

If you’re looking for a unique experience in Eliot, make sure to spend an evening at the Wonder Ballroom. It’s a great venue to stop by if you’re interested in seeing indie bands or big-name artists who are currently in town.
The layout includes a spacious dance floor with chairs along the walls and a balcony equipped with theater-style seats. Here’s a tip: if you want to avoid those sweaty dance floor movements, try and get tickets for the balcony!
The venue’s bar setup is convenient too, with three bars spread across different levels.
The drink menu is simple with reasonable prices and features beer, wine, and liquor. Plus, there’s often a food truck parked out back for a quick bite.

If you’re in Eliot, one of the best experiences you can have is a visit to the Seven Bridges Winery.
Surrounded by barrels of aging wine, you can sample their selection of reds and whites. This includes their signature bold and spicy red wines made from Washington grapes.
Reservations are recommended as the tour only allows up to 6 people. Because of the limited availability, we suggest planning in advance.
The tasting, which costs $20 per person, is well worth it. If you’re lucky, you might even get to try a little extra, like a glass of rosé during tasting.
By the way, if you’re a wine club member, the tour fee is waived. Plus, you can get discounts and exclusive deals during the fall season.
