It’s not just about the free services, though. A lot of customers who sent us messages loved how knowledgeable their team is and we think so too because they effortlessly answered all our inquiries.

What we like the most about this shop is how helpful their staff is. Even though we had little to no knowledge about the things that we needed, they made up for it with their expertise and did so non-intrusively.

We do also think that they’re pricier compared to their competitors. That’s probably their main disadvantage, though the service does make up for it.

If there is any sort of car emergency at night, they are there to help until 9 PM from Mondays to Saturdays. They still close quite late on Sunday. 

Aside from that, they also have other free services available such as battery testing, battery charging, and oil recycling. 

They also offer a fix finder service that reads your warning light including the Check Engine, ABS, and maintenance light. 

Another advantage in choosing this shop is that they have a loan tool program provided that you give them a deposit. We love this because we think that purchasing a tool for one-time use can be a waste. 

We can imagine that this will save a lot of people their well-earned buck. 

It is worth noting that we’ve received several messages and read a few suggestions online about their customer service. We hope this can be improved soon because we do believe this shop is promising.  

Overall, we like the idea that there’s an auto parts shop you can go to late at night because we know a lot of us have dealt with car problems during those times. If you have the same sentiments, they might just be worth checking out.

The first thing we love about this family-owned business is that they’ve been around since 1972, which we think is a great indicator that they’ve built their business based on their customers’ trust. 

They are also a lot cheaper compared to other shops as you can tell by the name, but we couldn’t help but still mention it.  

If you’re looking for a used car, this place can provide that too. All you need to do is give them a call if you need their assistance and expertise. 

A lot of their other customers praised how they’re easy to work with and we couldn’t help but agree! They were quite helpful with our concerns, so we want to highlight how knowledgeable their staff was. 

They seem like the team you can rely on for your car needs. 

While their work ethic is something to applaud, we do think that it’s kind of a hassle how you have to go through the process of contacting them first before finding out the available parts. 

We would appreciate it if there was an online catalog we can easily choose from, but we did receive quite a few messages saying that they were able to find what they need here. 

Nevertheless, we recommend this store to anyone who doesn’t want to spend too much but still wants to receive top-notch service.

You also don’t need to feel intimidated by buying auto parts here even if you don’t know anything about it because they were quite helpful. They made sure to explain everything in simple terms without dumbing it down.

We also think they provide reasonable prices and a lot of people seem to say so too. They provide a $25 minimum charge on parts, which we think is important to note.

Some people complained about their staff though, but this has to be confirmed because the shop replied saying there wasn’t anyone who matched the customer’s description.
