So, my mom recently had a bit of a boiler crisis and ended up calling D&F Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. Let me tell you, she was quite impressed.

She was blown away by their longevity—almost 100 years! This made her feel confident right off the bat.

They handle more than just boiler repairs too, which is super handy. From plumbing installations to emergency fixes, they seem to have all their bases covered.

My mom and the other customers we talked to are also really appreciative their 24/7 emergency service. You know how these things never happen at a convenient time, right? 

The real kicker for her, though, was the customer service. The staff were super courteous and genuinely seemed to care about fixing the problem efficiently.

However, when she recommended them to a friend, the experience didn’t quite match up. Her friend paid around $1,000 for a simple shower cartridge replacement, which seemed excessive given the job’s complexity.
