One of the highlights for us was the discounts they offer for bundling policies, which can really help you save a decent chunk of change. It’s a perk that riders seem to appreciate.

That said, there are a couple of things to watch out for. Premiums can fluctuate depending on where you store your bike and whether you’ve taken safety courses. This may not be ideal for everyone, especially if you’re in a high-risk area or haven’t taken a course.

On the customer service front, we were mostly impressed. Their agents are attentive and make the claims process pretty painless. Riders we spoke to appreciated how straightforward and efficient it was. 

But when it gets busy, like during peak claim seasons, there have been a few hiccups with delays.

That said, we noticed that the premiums are a bit higher, which might make it less appealing to those of us watching our wallets. Some customers have also mentioned that the claims process can take longer than expected.
