Another thing we like about them is their different financing options. You can trade in cars of any make, and you can talk to your salesperson about a payment plan that works for you.
They also offer a wide range of services for your car, and while it’s easy to schedule services on their site, it’s also where we heard the bulk of complaints against them.
First, we’ve heard multiple complaints of overbooking. Some clients come in to get their car serviced at their scheduled times only to be told that there’s a backlog and you’ll end up waiting for a few hours.

If you’re interested in multiple cars, they’ll do their best to bring all the vehicles to you. You can do a test drive on them if you want to as well.

Their salespeople are knowledgeable about cars and want you to get a car that suits you and fits within your budget. They also take into account any special need you may have such as infant car seats or handicap accessibility.
The financing staff is competent too and other than giving you the best payment plans, they ensure that the process goes as smoothly as possible.
In fact, they’re dedicated to ensuring the purchasing process is free from any inconvenience on your end and will prepare all the paperwork for you.
The complaints, however, are about their car servicing and maintenance. Some have complained about parts of the car being missed out for certain jobs and the work being rushed.
