Dr. Austin Hayes caught my attention with his Double Bra Breast Lift, a method that skips the usual mesh and uses layers of a patient’s own tissue to achieve sculpted cleavage and fuller breasts.  

The results speak for themselves. One mom of two told me her breasts stayed perky and voluminous even years later. 

While he does have an impressive before-and-after gallery, he uses 3D imaging to lay out a patient’s options. I like how he explains the different types of incisions that would look and work best. 

After the procedure, Dr. Hayes stays in touch with his patients to monitor their recovery and answer any questions.

Another patient appreciated that he uses a bottom-scar position, allowing her to pull off plunging necklines without a second thought.

The only catch? His schedule fills up fast. This speaks volumes about his reputation, but it isn’t ideal for those hoping for a last-minute spot.

Waldorf Center’s Vectra Imaging System lets patients see a 3D preview of their results. 

One woman was worried about scars, but seeing her own projected results calmed her nerves. She went into surgery already picturing how her new shape would fit her busy, active life.

I also like how they match their technique to each person’s lifestyle. In the consultation, their surgeons ask questions about their patients’ lives and goals before introducing the kinds of breast lifts available to them. 

One mom of three with just a bit of sagging went for the crescent lift. The incision was barely there. She couldn’t stop talking about how she could finally wear V-neck dresses again with confidence.

Dr. Samuel V. Bartholomew made my list because he takes a careful, custom approach to breast lifts. He actually listens and tailors the surgery to each patient’s preferences.

I like how he spends most of the initial consultation patiently answering questions and easing the nerves of first-timers. 

As for results, most I spoke to were quite pleased with their lifts. One new mom with mild sagging after breastfeeding told me she liked that he kept the natural slope she wanted, so she still looks like herself.

For moderate sagging, his vertical technique struck me as a good balance—enough lift, and the scars stay subtle. 

For bigger lifts, patients liked his anchor method. One woman appreciated how her breasts came out full and symmetrical.

His focus on safety stood out to me, too. A patient shared that his team was calm, clear, and compassionate throughout. 

The only thing I think needs improvement is his follow-up care. It can be hit or miss. More than one patient mentioned slow post-op calls or trouble rescheduling, which made recovery a bit more stressful.

Dr. Bohley stood out to me because he doesn’t push unnecessary procedures just to make a buck. 

One mom thought she’d need implants to get her shape back after pregnancy, but he said her natural tissue could achieve the lift she wanted without added cost. 

While he does require some of his patients to lose weight, I like that he gives them health tips to help them maintain the look they aspire to long after surgery.

One woman who dropped 60 pounds told me her breast lift finally showed off all the muscle she’d worked for. 

I appreciate his attention to detail. In all the before-and-afters I’ve seen, he’s hidden the scars well.

But what really won me over was how smooth his team makes the whole process. The staff’s kindness stood out to me, from the surgeons to the schedulers.

“Dr Bohley is an incredibly sweet and talented plastic surgeon . I had a lower body lift and breast lift after losing 140 pounds naturally . Dr. Matthew Lewis does three different lift techniques. The Standard method is the one Dr. Lewis uses most often. It’s the classic anchor-shaped incision. 

One woman with a lot of sagging went for his Standard method. She told me that just three weeks after surgery, she had the size and shape she wanted.

For just a little sagging, his Doughnut technique keeps scars to a minimum. A  runner with smaller breasts told me this method tightened her skin with just a circular incision, so she could finally wear racerback tops without worrying.

The Lollipop is the middle ground. For this one, Dr. Lewis cuts around the nipple and straight down the front. Patients get less scarring than with the Standard, but he can remove more tissue than with the Doughnut. 

Just be ready to wait. His appointments usually run about half an hour late. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it happens almost every time.
