Flow Roofing is who you call if you want to maximize the lifespan of your roofing system. We like that they emphasize preventative maintenance plans to optimize ROI and safeguard the long-term value of your property. 

That said, several people did warn us that the price quoted didn’t always include any extra work they do on your roof, like new tiling. We recommend asking them upfront about any possible extra work and how much it’ll cost you.

Prices aside, we think it’s awesome that Flow Roofing works on a wide range of buildings, from multi-family complexes to retail spaces. They cover all stages of commercial roofing, including inspections, repairs, and full replacements. 

They work on both flat and steep slope systems. They’re also skilled with TPO, PVC, metal, and shingle roofs. 

Their use of thermoplastic roofs, like TPO and PVC, is really impressive. These materials are designed to shrink and expand with the building during temperature changes, which is a big deal for locations with extreme temperature shifts.

The clients we spoke to also love their transferable warranties. These provide maximum protection against consequential damages from defects in material or installation.

One thing that really sets Premier Roofing apart is that all their work is carried out in-house, not outsourced to subcontractors. Businesses love this because it ensures consistent quality, as the team has direct control over every aspect of the project.

We also like that they specialize in pitched roofing, where the roof slopes down from a central point. This type of roofing has a much longer lifespan than flat roofing and allows water to drain off the property with much more ease. 

Another thing we love is that Premier Roofers also offers slate repair services. Clients we spoke to said that the team delivered top-quality repairs no matter the size of the job.

We like that they provide assessment, viable diagnostics, and practical maintenance at an affordable price.

However, because their team is on the smaller side, there are occasional delays in roofing jobs. They tend to prioritize larger projects, which causes some frustration to customers with smaller needs.

Interstate Roofing’s got the chops to handle everything from churches to apartment complexes. However, what sets them apart from other roofers is their awesome project management team. 

Clients we talked to loved that the team worked closely with them and the on-site personnel. This helped minimize disruption in the business, which is one of the biggest concerns of business owners during construction projects like this.

We also love that they provide tenant notice letters and construction maps. We think this shows that they really care about making the process as smooth as possible.

However, several businesses did complain about poor responsiveness at first. People who reached out to them said they got no response until days later.

That aside, though, they don’t lack when it comes to the actual roofing build. 

They use high-quality materials and offer industry-leading roof warranty options.

Their specialized repair service is also impressive. Instead of just slapping on a quick fix, they focus on precise solutions. This results in repairs that actually last.

Plus, their cleaning and maintenance program is a smart way to keep your roof in good shape.

River City Roofing caught our eye after their recognition at the 2025 Owens Corning Roofing Platinum Conference. Winning the Excellence Product Award is a big deal as it shows they’re making some serious contributions to the roofing industry.

When we looked into them further, their focus on high-performing systems for commercial buildings stood out. They’ve got the expertise to handle everything from single-ply membranes to specialty metals.

They can also do low-slope roof coatings and high-performance laminate shingle systems. Their range gives business owners enough flexibility to find an option that really matches their needs and preferences.

Plus, they offer a complete range of commercial roofing services, from installations to repairs.

However, we’re not particularly big on the fact that they hire subcontractors to do all their installation work. Some businesses expressed concern about this because they aren’t working directly with RiverCity, but a go-through man. 

Besides that, we like that they offer a helpful roof cost calculator. We think their transparency in pricing really helps clients get a better understanding of the potential costs involved.

Cascade Roofing made the list because of their torchdown roofing expertise. Torchdown roofing involves applying layers of modified bitumen to the roof with a torch. It’s popular among businesses because it’s waterproof and durable.

We also love that they do PVC roofing, which is another great option for commercial buildings. PVC roofing is a single-ply membrane that’s resistant to chemicals, punctures, and UV damage.

What’s great is that the team is with the client every step of the way, starting with a comprehensive inspection by one of their foremen. Their thorough approach ensures clients get an accurate assessment of the roofing needs and a precise bid. 

We also found their materials to be of top quality and their installers to be very professional. Their roofers are certified by many roofing material manufacturers, allowing them to offer extended manufacturer warranties on new roofs. 

But because they’re so busy and committed to quality, scheduling can take a little longer than expected.
