Besides the atmosphere, we also appreciate that the doctor explains the process well. 

While this should be given, the level of attention provided is something that makes them slightly better than the rest. The client’s expectations must be managed and met afterall. 

Based on the numerous happy clients we talked to, many were quite happy with the results of their chemical peel. They were glad that they didn’t experience adverse effects and instead had a quick, painless healing process.

Fresh Faces Rx has one of the best post-procedure care we’ve seen in a cosmetic service. That is to say, if you’re not satisfied with the outcome, the clinic will give you extra treatments to achieve desired results. 

Many of the clients attested to this which totally won our favor. We like that the clinic values its customer’s satisfaction and will do what it can to maximize the best experience possible. 

Another thing that clients love about this place is that everything is clean and organized. This implies that they value proper hygiene when serving their clients, which is always a must for beauty services. 

As for their chemical peel procedure, we didn’t find a single complaint, implying that almost all of their customers were satisfied. Actually, they have many returning customers who come every couple of months for the said service.

And while this is positive news, there were also some things that clients weren’t happy about.
