5 Best Dermal Filler Clinics in Portland for Subtle Glow-Ups

  • Injector expertise: We favored clinics with seasoned medical pros and injection educators. After all, your face deserves more than someone who’s merely watched a tutorial.
  • Product variety: Faces aren’t one-size-fits-all, and fillers shouldn’t be either. We looked for clinics offering trusted options like Juvéderm and biostimulators.
  • Safety protocols: Good injectors know when not to inject. We prioritized clinics that put safety ahead of sales.
  • Comfort measures: Needles aren’t exactly Portland’s favorite wellness trend. We checked for numbing cream, microcannulas, and other ways to keep discomfort low.
  • Overall results: We wanted fresh, balanced, and natural-looking results. The goal is still you, just a little more well-rested.

I’m not ready for Botox just yet, but I wouldn’t mind a little extra volume in the right places. Finding the best dermal filler in Portland, OR, shouldn’t feel like choosing a tattoo artist after two margaritas.

I want subtle, refreshed, and still very much like myself. That means finding an injector who listens, knows facial anatomy, and doesn’t treat every face like the same blueprint.

So, I checked out Portland clinics that balance skill, safety, and natural-looking results. These standouts know how to enhance your features without sending you home looking suspiciously well-rested.

1. Skin by Lovely

skin-by-lovely

Website

Address: 2055 NW Savier St, Suite 300

Contact: 877-568-3594 | [email protected]

Hours: Monday, 9 AM – 6 PM | Tuesday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM | Saturday, 9 AM – 1 PM

Skin by Lovely’s Portland clinic feels a little less intimidating once you know it’s also the company’s flagship location and training hub.

Its team includes senior injectors, educators, and experienced medical professionals who know their way around facial anatomy.

The filler menu is nicely varied, with options from Juvéderm, Restylane, RHA (Resilient Hyaluronic Acid), and Evolysse. They also offer Radiesse, which adds volume while encouraging collagen production in areas like the cheeks and jawline.

I also like that same-day treatment may be possible after your consultation, provided there’s enough time. It saves you from making a second trip across Portland just to finish what you started.

The downside is that same-day injections aren’t guaranteed, and you may not always be booked with a senior injector.

You’ll need to postpone treatment if you’re pregnant or nursing, while recent dental work, infections, or an active cold sore near the treatment area may also require rescheduling.

Pros

  • Portland flagship and company training hub
  • Team includes senior injectors and training staff
  • Offers several leading hyaluronic acid filler collections
  • Radiesse available for volume and collagen stimulation
  • Same-day treatment may be available after consultation

Cons

  • Some infections, dental work, or cold sores/pregnancy/breastfeeding may require rescheduling/postponing
  • Same-day injections aren’t guaranteed/senior-injector treatment isn’t guaranteed for every appointment

A Soft Touch & Calming Vibe

Rachel Duncan was such a calming soul; she did absolutely perfect for all my needs. We did some under-eye trough, little chin and cheekbone filler plus a touch on my bottom lip. It wasn’t overdone, just a soft touch-up. The place and energy there is just vibrant and beautiful

First-Timer Success & Great Advice

I had such a great experience at Skin By Lovely with Christine Dada. This was my first time getting Dysport and lip filler, and Christine made me feel so comfortable. She’s so knowledgeable and talked me through the treatments and why things would work or not work for my face. I’m happy with the results!

2. Aura Aesthetics

aura-aesthetics

Website

Address: 12525 NW Cornell Rd #204

Contact: 971-232-9232

Hours: Tuesday, 9.30 AM – 5 PM | Wednesday, 10.30 AM – 6 PM | Thursday-Friday, 9.30 AM – 5 PM

Aura Aesthetics feels like a good fit if you want a little volume without announcing it to everyone at brunch.

Its team includes injectors who also train other aesthetic professionals nationwide, which is reassuring when needles are heading toward your face.

They offer several popular options, including Versa, Sculptra, and Restylane Kysse. I especially like that the menu covers everything from subtle lip definition to gradual cheek enhancement.

Versa may cause less swelling than some comparable fillers, though everyone reacts differently. Sculptra is another interesting choice because it builds collagen gradually and may last up to two years.

The downside is that Aura is closed three days a week, so scheduling can take some juggling.

You’ll also need to postpone treatment if you have an active infection, and minimum age requirements vary by product.

Pros

  • Team includes nationwide aesthetic trainers
  • Offers Versa, Sculptra, and Restylane Kysse
  • Focuses on subtle, natural-looking enhancements
  • Provides several options for facial and lip volume

Cons

  • Closed three days each week
  • Treatment must be postponed with active infection symptoms
  • Minimum age varies by injectable product
  • Sculptra results are gradual and may require several sessions

Natural Results & So Comforting

I had a wonderful experience with Jenna! I was pretty nervous initially, but Jenna made me feel so comfortable. It really makes a difference when someone listens to what you actually want and doesn’t try to push more on you. I got chin filler, and the results came out so naturally (which is what I was looking for). Cannot recommend enough. They make sure you are taken care of from when you come in to when you leave and during your recovery period.

Realistic Goals & A Relaxing Vibe

This was my first time getting lip filler, and Erin made this process so so comfortable and relaxing. She was really in tune with what I was wanting yet realistic about what was achievable with my face. She was the best! The whole vibe of Aura is what will make me a returning customer. Thanks again, everyone!

3. Fresh Faces RX | Advanced Aesthetics in Portland | Dr Jodee M Anderson, MD

fresh-faces-rx-advanced-aesthetics-in-portland-dr-jodee-m-anderson-md

Website

Address: 2235 NW Savier St

Contact: 503-880-5755

Hours: Daily, 9 AM – 6 PM

Fresh Faces RX feels like the kind of place for people who want noticeable improvement without looking mysteriously overhauled. It’s led by Dr. JoDee Anderson, an Allergan Medical Institute trainer with plenty of injectable experience.

The clinic offers Restylane, Radiesse, and Sculptra for everything from softer lines to gradual volume restoration. I also like that treatments may include microcannulas or lidocaine because needles are rarely anyone’s favorite part of self-care.

Its Allergan Top 500 status also suggests the team handles a high volume of treatments and receives ongoing product training.

Plus, being open daily makes booking much easier than squeezing into a packed Pearl District schedule.

The downside is that not every treatment necessarily uses a microcannula or lidocaine. Routine swelling can also take up to two weeks to settle, though unusual pain, discoloration, or vision changes need immediate attention.

Pros

  • Physician-led by an Allergan Medical Institute trainer
  • Holds self-reported Allergan Top 500 status
  • Offers Restylane, Radiesse, and Sculptra
  • Open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM

Cons

  • Not every treatment necessarily uses a microcannula or lidocaine
  • Routine swelling may take up to two weeks to settle

Patient, Kind, and Perfect Lips!

I had the pleasure of seeing Gracie for both my first-ever lip filler, as well as a Botox refresh! She was so kind and patient with all of my questions, and I LOVE how my lips turned out! Highly recommend Fresh Faces for anyone looking for cosmetic work. ✨

High-End Care at a Great Price

I’ve been going to Fresh Faces for about 2 years, and I won’t go anywhere else for my cosmetic treatments! I currently see Jessica or Dr. JoDee for my Botox and lip filler at their new Portland location in NW. The folks at the front desk always make sure you get any applicable discounts as well. They are a high-end spa with more affordable prices than some other comparable places.

4. Prime MedSpa PDX

prime-medspa-pdx

Website

Address: 5635 NE Alameda St

Contact: 971-777-0303 | [email protected]

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM | Saturday, 10 AM – 4 PM

Prime MedSpa PDX is worth a look if regular filler feels a little too temporary for your taste. They offer Dermapose, an office-based fat-transfer treatment that uses your own processed fat to restore facial volume.

You’ll also find familiar Juvéderm options for the lips, cheeks, and lines around the mouth. I like that they can use hyaluronidase to dissolve unwanted hyaluronic acid filler when it’s clinically appropriate.

Comfort measures depend on the treatment, though topical numbing is typically used for lip filler. That’s reassuring, because nobody books an injectable appointment hoping for extra drama.

The downside is that Dermapose takes more time and preparation than standard filler because it includes fat harvesting and processing.  Also, its eight-to-12-year longevity is the clinic’s own estimate.

Dental work may affect appointment timing, too; while lip filler isn’t recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Pros

  • Offers traditional fillers and autologous fat transfer
  • Carries several Juvéderm products
  • May dissolve unwanted HA filler with hyaluronidase
  • Typically uses topical numbing for lip filler

Cons

  • Hyaluronidase only dissolves HA-based fillers
  • Dental work may affect scheduling
  • Treatment suitability varies during pregnancy or breastfeeding

5. Plump Medspa

plump-medspa

Website

Address: 2725 SW Cedar Hills Blvd Ste 115, Beaverton

Contact: 503-805-5979 | [email protected]

Hours: Daily, 11 AM – 5 PM

Plump Medspa is a strong pick if you like your filler plan backed by more than a glance in the mirror. They can use diagnostic ultrasound in complex cases to map anatomy, check blood vessels, or assess previously placed filler.

Their facial-balancing service also takes a whole-face approach instead of chasing one trendy feature. I like that they look at proportion first, because nobody needs the same cheekbones as everyone else in the Pearl.

They also offer Sculptra, Radiesse, and hyperdiluted Radiesse for areas like the neck and chest. It’s a thoughtful menu for anyone who wants gradual, customized improvements.

The downside is that Plump is in Beaverton, not Portland proper, and ultrasound isn’t used for every appointment.

Existing lip filler may also require a photo review, while dental work and vaccinations need careful timing around treatment.

Pros

  • Offers ultrasound-assisted assessment when appropriate
  • Provides anatomy-based facial-balancing consultations
  • Offers Sculptra and Radiesse biostimulators
  • Provides hyperdiluted Radiesse for the neck and chest
  • Open daily by appointment

Cons

  • Located in Beaverton rather than Portland proper
  • Ultrasound isn’t used for every injectable appointment
  • Existing lip filler requires advance consultation or photo review
  • Dental work and vaccinations affect scheduling

Walked Through Every Step & Couldn’t Be Happier

I had the best experience at PlumpMedSpa! Emma did my first-ever lip filler treatment, and I can’t say enough how happy I am with the results! She made sure I was comfortable and walked me through all the steps as she was doing the procedure, which definitely helped me as a first-timer. Now I can’t stop staring at myself! Love love love! Thank you so much!! Highly recommend coming to anyone who wants any treatments done!!

The Master of the Cupid’s Bow

I absolutely love getting my lip filler from Plump Medspa!! Nina is the master of the Cupid’s Bow ❤️

I was Post menopausal with thinning lips, so I had one full syringe the first time and just 1/2 a syringe each year after to maintain my soft, plump lips. It’s never too much, because I don’t want them to look obviously done.

My husband tells me I have the yummiest, most kissable lips. Yay!!!
