One of the reasons why we included Portland Clinic of Holistic Health in our list of top doctors in Portland is because of the feedback from clients. 

When we reached out to them to have a chat, we asked them what they thought about the service, the treatment, the atmosphere, etc. 

Most of them said that the Portland Clinic of Holistic Health helped them with their long-term illnesses. Many said they had gone to different doctors, but no one was able to provide the right treatment plan to help them out. 

Other patients even have the holistic clinic’s healers as their primary care doctors because of how effective it was for them. 

Moreover, many of the patients also liked the doctors and the staff working there because they were friendly and accommodating. We actually agree with this because we were able to witness it firsthand. 

Another thing worth noting is that they have experience treating quite a lot of varied conditions. They also cater to detoxing, bio-thermal therapy, natural medications, spinal disc compression, weight loss, regenerative medicine, cancer care, bloodless surgery, and more. 

While there was a lot of positive feedback from numerous clients, there were also some points of improvement we think the clinic should consider. 

Some of the clients mentioned that it takes a while for them to answer calls. 

Additionally, there were a few who mentioned that there was a long waiting time at the clinic. 

All in all, we think that they do need to improve on the other aspects of their services. But we think they’re still worth considering because of the quality of care they provide.

The Center for Natural Medicine is one of the most LGBTQIA+-friendly clinics out there. If you think about the number of clinics out there that aren’t, it is quite unfortunate. 

Moreover, there are also a few of the healthcare providers in this place who either identify as queer or who have extensive experience when it comes to dealing with LGBTQIA+ patients. 

We recognize the importance of allowing LGBTQIA+ to have a safe space, especially concerning health which everyone should have access to. Inclusion is always a good sign in anything healing-related – no one should be turned away when in need of help.

Another thing we love about them is their wide range of services, which we think a lot of people can benefit from. 

This includes Acupuncture, Auto and Sports Injury, Cardiopulmonary care, Gender Affirming Care, Gynecologic Care, Pelvic Floor Therapy, and more.

When we got ahold of some of their patients, a lot of them mentioned that they’d been going here for years.

It’s either because they’ve already found a doctor that’s best fit for them or they just prefer a more natural form of care.

A lot of the patients also mentioned that they found their family physician here. We think this could mean that this place has a lot of capable practitioners who provide quality care. 

Unfortunately, some clients also mentioned some negative experiences. The comments were mostly for the mental health department because the clients felt like their needs weren’t addressed. 

Some said it took a long time for them to schedule an appointment, while some said they needed to follow up again and again. 

We think this is an important thing to consider if you’re seeking a mental-related concern. 

If you’re not, however, we recommend the Center for Natural Medicine for the inclusivity and the safe space they provide for LGBTQIA+ patience. 

Elevate health is made up of a board-certified primary care doctor and various complementary healthcare providers. They work together to create a holistic approach for their clients. 

There are different perks you can receive if you register for their membership plans such as primary care, functional and family medicine, nutrition counseling, and health coaching. 

You will also be able to contact your primary care team 24/7.

There are also other services available even if you don’t have a membership such as psychotherapy and therapeutic massage.

When we had a chat with some of their clients, a lot of them mentioned how they like that this clinic didn’t try to sell them unnecessary products for profit. 

They mentioned this because there have been a few places before they went here that do that. We think this makes Elevate Health an even more credible healthcare provider. 

They also loved how attentive the doctors are and how it felt like the treatment was a collaborative effort. 

We think it’s important that doctors are attentive to the needs of their clients and make time out of their busy schedules to listen to their concerns. 

While a lot of their patients provided us with positive feedback, some did not. It was mostly about how some of the doctors didn’t get back to them as soon as possible. 

We think it could be because of the volume of clients or it might’ve taken a while to get the results. However, we still think it’s important to mention.

Aside from natural medicine, they also offer IV therapies, massage, acupuncture, cancer treatment, hyperbaric oxygen treatment, holistic primary care, chiropractic, and more. 

When we reached out to some of their clients to sit down and interview them, a lot of them mentioned that they loved the atmosphere here. 

When it came to our observations, we couldn’t help but agree on this one. The design was modern and minimalistic while the ambiance was relaxing and peaceful. 

A few of the clients loved how the doctors were good at communicating. This is because the doctors were able to explain the procedures and treatment plans well without any confusion for the client. 

We think this is important, especially since it’s expected that there’s a lot of jargon in the conversation. 

Additionally, some clients said that the care provided is personalized and not a standardized one that doctors give out to the same clients. 

While we talked to a lot of people, we also found out that there were a few who weren’t fully satisfied with their experience here. 

Some clients said it was running smoothly at first but the clinic never got back to them after they provided private information. Aside from being frustrated, this also made them feel unsafe. 

We think that while Urban Wellness Group is great at solving the health problems of their clients, we also think that they should improve on some aspects of their services. They may need to keep better track of whom to respond to.

Their team, which is made up of acupuncturists, chiropractors, counselors, nutritionists, and more, have years of hands-on experience. You can easily choose which one’s will work best for you. 

The services they offer have a lot of variety from Naturopathic Medicine, Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, and Chiropractic Medicine to Nutrition and Mental Health counseling.

We think this is one of the best places that could answer both your physical and mental health. 

We also think that it’s quite handy that they do house calls, but only for existing clients. 

When we had the opportunity to chat with some of their previous clients, there were a few who commented on how easy it was to book an appointment. It was easy to fill up their forms online and they were quite responsive. 

Moreover, a lot of the clients said that they felt very well taken care of by their doctor and the staff that attended to them. 

They mentioned that this was because they seem to be quite knowledgeable and adept at their job and in providing excellent service. 

There were also some clients who weren’t quite as happy, however. 

A few informed us that they were incorrectly billed, sometimes quite a few times. While this was easily resolved by Heart Spring Health’s office, it could be quite frustrating.
