But, just because they have been in the industry for a century, doesn’t mean there won’t be any issues at play. Most of the poor reviews they have are mainly due to scheduling and their slow response to inquiries contrary to their sales pitch of 24/7 availability. 

Fortunately, we found them efficient in other areas – not only can they address emergency situations, but we also found out that they help their consumers be proactive. Clients are provided with preventive maintenance that can save them time and money.

Speaking of the costs, customers we talked to attest to the company’s honest, flat-rate pricing. Aside from no-hidden charges, they also did not worry about paying more for projects that require a little more time.
