Computer Chimps is a great pick if you’re someone who needs IT or computer support for your personal devices.

They cater to individuals and small businesses, but a large chunk of their customers are private individuals who require different services.

Other than IT services like data management, virus removal, and network troubleshooting, they can also repair hardware issues and even help you set up a custom PC rig!

They charge by the hour and offer discounts if you’re a new client. If you’re a new client, they charge $80 for the first hour and $20 for each additional 15 minutes after that.

This rate is mostly used for PC and Mac repair, and if you require other services, they can give you a specialized quote. From our research, they price reasonably and their clients have been satisfied with their overall service.

There’s a possibility you’ll have to pay for your technician’s commute to your place if you need on-site services, as they don’t have a physical location and their address is for business and mailing purposes only.

They also don’t offer set plans for businesses, but you can still give them a call and see what they can do. However, they’re a small business and they may not have the manpower to run IT services for medium to large enterprises.

But if you only require one-time or short-term services for your personal devices, then they’re a great pick.

Bolt Computer Services offers both IT services and computer repair. So if you’re in need of both, you don’t need to look any further.

They have a physical shop you can visit, but you’d have to set an appointment for you to be entertained. Otherwise, you can opt for on-site services or request remote services if it’s applicable.

Their technicians are highly skilled and persistent. A lot of their clients appreciated how the technicians refused to give up on their problems. 

Not only that, you’ll be given tips for your device’s or server’s maintenance once they’re done.

Most of their customers are pleased with their prices, which start at $70 per hour in the shop and $170 an hour on-site. If your device will be left with them, then you’ll only be charged for the hours of work and not for the whole duration it’s with them.

There are some instances when they have a backlog of tasks, and this can affect their responsiveness. Their availability will vary, and the only way to know for sure is by calling them.

But you’ll end up calling them anyway because there’s barely any information available on their website. Their website doesn’t list any of their services but only contact information and how to make an appointment.

So if you’re not in urgent need of IT service, calling them may just be worth the effort.

TeamLogic IT has multiple locations around the country, which is great if you’ve got a business in different states.

They specialize in managed IT services and cybersecurity, but they offer other services too, like network assessments and remote work IT setup.

What clients appreciate most about them is their quick response time, and there’s always a technician who’s ready to assist you. Their technicians are skilled, professional in the work they do, and overall easy to work with.

But if you’re still on the fence about whether you should avail of their services, you can request a free consultation by either calling them up or filling up an online form.

You’re most likely to reach out to them anyway because there’s limited information available on their website about the IT support plans they offer and their rates. They do have a list of services available but not much else.

Most clients found their prices to be fair, but the rate will vary depending on the services you’ll acquire. But if it’s any consolation, we’re confident about the quality of service they provide to each of their clients.

A minor drawback to their services would be very few complaints of spam emails and the unsubscribe button not working. We understand how this can be irritating for some, which is why we slashed some points off them.

But for the most part, they’ve been able to deliver good quality service with the majority of their customers satisfied, so they still get a recommendation from us.
