One of All About Repair’s advantages over competitors is their expertise in repairing various types of ovens. Their technicians are experienced in fixing single, double, and even built-in ovens. They can even handle models with modern touchscreen features.

Another highlight is the 90-day labor-and-parts warranty. We find this great, as many technicians out there only provide workmanship warranty. Parts can be costly, so having a warranty for them definitely adds peace of mind to customers.

Additionally, we appreciate that they offer a callback request option. Clients just need to send a request via their website, and All About Repair’s scheduler will call at their preferred time.

Many of the clients we spoke to also praised the technicians’ communication skills. They shared that the technicians are very easy to talk to, making the process seamless.

However, they only work on Friday and Saturday, which is very limited compared to most technicians out there.

“My dryer started making a weird thumping noise. I called All About Repair and could have gotten same day service but I had an appointment, so Elijah came out the next day. Unfortunately, I had used the dryer in the morning and of course, the noise stopped. Elijah checked the dryer and all it’s parts and pieces anyway and found everything to be in working order. Most surprising of all, he didn’t charge me for the service! He said if it happens again, take a video and give him a call. Now, that is customer service! What’s even better is that they’re skilled in repairing a wide range of oven issues. They can fix an oven’s interior light that doesn’t work, broken burners, and malfunctioning timers (and much more!). 

The technicians are very considerate too. They carry shoe covers and a mat to place their tools on, ensuring the house’s floor will not get messy. It’s hard to find this level of consideration nowadays, so it’s a pleasant surprise for us.

However, a client told us that they canceled an appointment without an apparent reason. While they rescheduled the appointment, it still caused inconvenience to the client.

“Service agent was knowledgeable and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. He was upfront and honest about the fact that my brand of oven is no longer being made and thus new parts are not available, and only used parts were available but they cost way more than what they are worth and there is no guarantee they will work/how long they will last. So, sadly I will have to replace my oven but I am glad to do that instead of having wasted my money on a repair that could not be guaranteed. I appreciated the honesty, as not every repair place would do that/let you know that, especially since they miss out on a sale/labor costs.
