We found it quite convenient that they included explanations about each selection, so customers would better know what to pick. They even provided the advantages that you can get from each option. 

If you don’t know a lot about patio covers, shopping from them should make things a bit easier for you.

While there are a lot of good points to highlight about this store, we also heard a few complaints from customers. 

They mentioned that the customer service here can be improved. This was mostly due to the attitude of a staff member who answered phone calls.

When we conducted an interview to find out more about this fence contractor store, we learned that a lot of their clients go to them for this reason. 

This is what first attracted most of the clients, but what made them avail of their services several times after that is the prompt service. 

It seems like the team does the job fast and was able to work through unforeseen issues onsite. We think it’s because they already had several similar experiences beforehand, so they can take on different tasks with more flexibility. 

Some customers weren’t quite as happy with the installation work done, though. A few mentioned that the foreman wasn’t able to do what the customers asked. 

This happened only a few times, so they may have already improved on this aspect because of their mistakes. 

Anyway, to talk more about their products, the covers they have available are wood framed covers, duralum patio covers, acrylite covers, gazebos, and pergolas. 

Information for each option is already available on their website. Additionally, they also added photos of those they’ve installed so you can get an idea of what it might look like in your home. 

With them providing all these details, we think it will help you with your decisions much easier. 

When we got to interview the clients of Cascade Fence & Deck, most of them mentioned that they love the work ethic of the team. 

Aside from being amiable, the team did their job well without leaving a trace of dirt. We like how the workers at this store make sure to leave the site as spotless as when they just arrived. 

Additionally, most of the clients said that the team here is great at communicating. This is because they made sure that everyone is well-informed. 

From the schedules and the costs of the materials to the size of the project, they made sure to disseminate information to the crew and the clients.

When we reached out to Cascade Fence & Deck, we loved how they managed to explain the process quite well. We think that this helps manage the expectations of the clients, so they come out feeling more satisfied. 

Needless to say, a lot of the clients felt like the service they got here was spectacular. It also helps that the result exceeded their expectations. 

However, if you’re doing a small project, they might not be the best option. Several people weren’t happy because Cascade Fence & Deck didn’t accept their original project proposal, saying it was too small. 

We think that there are different definitions of small so it is still better to check in with this store to see if they can make your project come to life. 

One thing we love about VIS Design is that they will explain the process to you beforehand. We found that not a lot do this without being asked, so we appreciate that they take the time to ensure their clients are informed about the steps even without prompting. 

To give a brief description of how they do their work, you first need to tell them about your design ideas and your construction needs. 

After they’ve gathered the needed details, they will conduct a design meeting so you will be informed of their ideas. This is also when they will create the preliminary layout and rough concepts. 

Once everything is set, the construction will start. Their projects typically take up to 4-8 weeks. 

When we had the chance to get their clients’ insight, most of them raved about two things: the team’s artistic eye and punctuality. 

It seems that the workers were very attentive to detail and they also have great ideas to put to the table. We believe this is because they’ve already worked on numerous decks that needed patios based on the portfolio they easily have available. 

Another thing that pleases clients about this deck builder is that they finish on time. Sometimes they even finish earlier than expected. 

That said, they have their weaknesses too. For instance, if you like putting effort into researching the company and its services before choosing which one is best, we’re afraid VIS Design doesn’t provide a lot on their website. 

We think it would be quite helpful if they gave more information about the patio covers they can provide. That way, customers already have an idea of what they should ask for before reaching out.
