What we find impressive about Crown Plumbing is its up-front pricing system. Their fees are fixed and are all-inclusive, so customers won’t complain of hidden charges or extra fees that weren’t communicated at the onset.

We think that this is integrated into their briefing process, as fees are well-explained at the very beginning. This is a great way to ensure peace of mind for the client even before the services start, as they already know what to expect and are looped in on everything.

We think these may have happened during a peak booking season where some inquiries were left out, and we’re hoping they’ve been promptly resolved already.

Given this, we still think that they are a must-try for anyone with plumbing problems, especially those who are first-timers at this. Service Plus’ expertise will put any anxious client at ease with their in-depth knowledge and sense of empathy for what the customer is going through.

One of the things customers say most frequently about Meticulous Plumbing is the team’s desire to service them as soon as possible. We love that they make it a point to move up appointments whenever possible, allowing the client to have their issues fixed sooner.

We have no doubt about Lovett’s expertise either, as its plumbing services extend all the way to the industrial sector. Although there was a time that it was difficult to book a residential appointment due to commercial demand, they are now able to attend to all types of requests.

Lovett also has a team of sustainability experts that clients can work with for long-term solutions. We appreciate that the company goes beyond solving present issues and offers great options to future-proof homes and commercial spaces, saving both money and water.

Booking is generally straightforward and seamless. Lovett will try to send out a team at the soonest possible time – sometimes within the day – which customers love.

Communication is quick and painless, and after the plumber makes a thorough inspection of the area of concern, he or she will explain all the options before even moving forward.
