Speaking of warranty, we’re pretty satisfied with their 5-year labor warranty and 50-year material warranty. We think this is enough to put homeowners at ease, since a roof replacement is a major investment.

Also, the fact that they replace roofs on residential and commercial properties makes them a solid choice. This shows that, regardless of a project’s scale, they have the resources and experience to complete it efficiently.

The roofers are accommodating and professional too. A client mentioned he had specific requests regarding his roof, and the team gladly attended to them – no fuss, no delays.

They also arrive on time and maintain clear communication throughout the project.

However, we just don’t like their salesy staff. Some customers reported feeling pressured during the quoting process. This can be off-putting despite the team’s solid workmanship.
