Overall, with over 25 years of experience, we see them as a great choice for your window treatments. It’s just a matter of being patient enough to get a consultation, but we think it’s all worth the wait.

Many customers stayed with them because of how competent they are in terms of services. As we mentioned, they also offer blind cleaning as well as window treatment repairs.

Whether it’s restringing, fixing, or replacing broken blind parts, they provide quick service that will have your blinds and shades back in no time. As a matter of fact, their turnaround time is among their most-praised advantages. 

However, we don’t think they have great customer service because we’ve read some reviews about how customers had a poor experience. Some were left behind after measuring and providing quotes, demonstrating how unfriendly they can be to clients.

On the plus side, they’re easily accessible, either in person or via email and phone calls. They’re also pretty quick in confirming appointments and very urgent in delivering in-house consultations.
