As their name says, many people who go to Affordable Tire & Brake Co. choose them because they’re an affordable option. And while affordability doesn’t always mean good service, their 30-year experience implies great expertise.

A lot of their previous clients not only love how affordable they are, but they were also satisfied with the overall service from the expert mechanics.

Other than quality service, their fast turnaround time is also another considerable factor. Most of their clients told us that the technicians were able to repair their breaks in as quickly as 30 minutes. 

Actually, their swift workmanship is also reflected in other services they offer. So, if you ever end up becoming a patron, you’ll enjoy their fast work on various auto services. 

Among those we talked to, there were a lot who were women. And a lot of them mentioned that they didn’t experience any discrimination towards them in this brake repair store.

Additionally, they also send clients before and after photos of their new brakes, which increases the level of trust clients have. You may want to have documentation of the work done after all. 

If you have other car-related concerns, they can also give you some referrals so you don’t have to seek shops on your own.

Overall, many were happy with the service they received in this brake repair shop. Unfortunately, there were also some people who weren’t quite as pleased. 

Some clients had some issues with the inaccuracy of quotations given. While quotes are not always the final cost, they didn’t like how the actual price differs greatly when compared to the initial quote.

In line with this, many previous clients mentioned the staff’s great communication skills for different reasons. For instance, clients appreciate that the mechanic sends them constant updates about their vehicle. 

Now in terms of turnaround time, the shop was fairly quick. It’s because the mechanics were efficient and have seemingly perfected the craft of working fast while delivering high-quality output. 

This is why a lot of the clients also come out feeling satisfied because they didn’t have to wait longer than they should have. Instead, the staff was able to accommodate them promptly. 

Before you choose this as your final option though, do note that they’re a more expensive option. It still varies per case, although many clients did say that they paid quite high prices. 

If you think they’re worth the cash though, we don’t think you can go wrong with this choice. Well, we think we’ve established enough positive points to confirm that.

However, if you’re on a tight budget, other places might work for you best. 

Many clients said that Midas is quick when it comes to giving car assessments. This is because when you come in for them to have a look at your car, they manage to figure out what’s wrong in minutes. 

While fast doesn’t always mean it’s being done correctly, people have said that the issues were accurate. For sake of confirmation, we did observe recent repair jobs and found that their diagnosis matched ours. 

All this said, it might be worth giving Midas a call if you need fast car assessments. 

Most of the people we interviewed also love how friendly the staff here is. And we can attest to this as well. 

When we dropped by their store, they were professional when talking to us and answered our inquiries patiently. How they answered our questions appeared genuine, no hint of trying to upsell their services. 

This is because they were upfront with their prices and don’t seem to be hiding behind much larger fees. 

We think this is the reason why many clients here didn’t feel pressured into getting their services. If anything, talking to the staff made them feel like they were being educated on their car’s issues. 

It’s always up to the clients to decide whether they want to move forward with the repairs. And if we haven’t made it clear yet, this is something we really like. 

If there’s one disadvantage in choosing this auto repair store, it could be their more expensive pricing compared to others in the city. But, like we always say, if spending a bit more doesn’t trouble you, it’s worth the shot.

As for the brake repairs themselves, the process is often done very quickly with no issues. Client cars came back with no problems, letting them leave the shop completely pleased. 

White it’s not the most important, it’s also nice to highlight that, we found their store to be spotless. This is something we don’t see often in auto repair spots so it’s a nice change from the usual setup.                

If there’s something people weren’t pleased about, it’s how they charge more for the labor fees than the parts they will use for your car. So, do keep that in mind if you decide to go to this shop for brake repair.
