After the potential employees were able to discuss what jobs they were looking for, the recruiter then presented them with plenty of options to consider. 

This helped these people find jobs best suited for them. Not only that, but we think it also has something to do with how motivating the recruiters here are. 

They make sure to be respectful of a person’s needs, limitations, and background. Additionally, they also have advice which made the clients feel that the recruiters had their best interest. 

As for the companies who come here looking for suitable candidates, we found out from them that the staff has dynamic communication skills. They said the agency’s staff was empathetic and very good at adjusting to requests. 

We think that this is truly worth highlighting because the staff seems to go beyond a lot of people’s expectations. 

If there’s one thing that we think this employment agency should improve on based on what people had to say, it’s their responsiveness. 

We received several reports that they don’t respond to calls. We think that this happens more than it should because of the number of people who mentioned it, so it’s definitely something to keep in mind.

Another thing that clients love about this employment agency is how recruiters explain the process. They made the clients feel like they were guided every step of the way. 

We also had the chance to interview the companies who came here looking for people to hire. Most of them also mentioned the strong communication skills of the staff. 

This is because they were given constant updates regarding potential employees. It never felt like they were sending people just for the sake of it. 

While the clients had several points that proved the capabilities of this employment agency, we also received feedback on why some of them (specifically, job-seekers) weren’t as pleased. 

We found that the recruiters here might not be as straightforward as some others. This is because several people we talked to felt like the recruiter wasn’t honest with them. 

The recruiter didn’t make it clear that they are not a suitable candidate and instead of turning them down, simply never contacted them again.

Several people we talked to also mentioned that the process here was fast. The recruiter was able to find them several options immediately, and they were interviewed and hired all in the same week. 

It’s safe to say that a lot of clients we talked to felt that taking their business to the employment agency made them feel like their time and effort was worth it. But what about the companies seeking talent? 

Based on our survey, they also thought the process was quite fast. They didn’t have to wait for a long time to hear back from this employment agency. 

Some of the companies also mentioned how attentive recruiters are here to detail. This is because the recruiters managed to ask a lot of questions that helped the company get to know what job seekers are like professionally. 

But while there were a lot of good things to highlight about this employment agency, we also got word that they could be quite unresponsive. 

This happens rarely based on the number of people we heard this from, but it could still be a disadvantage.

A recruiter must prepare the job seeker for the job interview, so we love that a lot of the clients here mentioned this. It indicates the amount of assistance the agency’s willing to provide for job-seekers.

As for the companies we were able to reach out to, several mentioned that the employees they hired through this company were exceptional. It seems that most of the job seekers were successfully placed with a company that was looking for their exact skill set. 

Still, there were a few people who weren’t pleased with their experience working with this agency. 

Some of them noticed that this employment agency doesn’t follow up. This is because the recruiters told them to expect a call or an email, but the recruiters never followed through.
