Another thing that we like about them is their process, as they always start with a full inspection of the area. They will also discuss the job with the client so they can establish a budget and determine the deposit amount.

If you’re a bit tight on cash at the moment, they also offer financing options to help ease things out. Foundation repairs tend to be quite costly, so we recommend looking into this matter, especially if you have a big job.

When it comes to work quality, we really have no major qualms (there are only small reports of unsatisfactory outcomes). At the very least, they do have extensive warranties that are also transferable, which is always a good thing.

For starters, they’ve been in this business for over 30 years, that’s why it’s not a surprise that they’re experts in foundation repairs already.  Plus they have their professional and trained staff, which we see as the “foundation” of their system.

Another thing that makes them even better, in our opinion, is the fact that they don’t usually do full-on foundation replacement, especially if not needed. They instead suggest an alternative (also equally effective) repair route.

On the other hand, we’ve heard of some poor feedback regarding their customer service, specifically of them not returning calls or zero follow-ups. This is kind of a bad sign, but they are really considerable in the matter of quality, so they’re quite alright after all.

Although this type of service is their most popular one, we think it’s quite pricey, seeing that it’s just a simple mending. Nevertheless, their contractors are certainly qualified, plus their solid work quality makes it all reasonable.

There were also some reviews regarding how communicative and upfront their project manager is, which is obviously a plus point. This only reflects their all-out attention to every detail, from the inspection up until the final process – a top consideration to be honest.

Unfortunately, we’ve been made aware of a few issues (based on the reviews) about them hard selling a service (whether you need it or not) that is profitable to them. It’s kind of sleazy if you ask us, so that’s a head’s up.

However, we found out that this is only an isolated case, and it never happened again, as of this writing. Good thing, their solid customer ratings had given us all the things worthy of their service, making us consider them at the end of the day.
