With Love, From PDX has been around since 2015. Ingrid, the owner, is an entrepreneur known for supporting 75 local businesses with her own by promoting them.

The first thing we noticed about their services is that on their website, it’s quite easy to make your gift basket with their “build a box” option. 

There, you can select different items from different local businesses to curate them and make them into your ideal gift basket. 

Anyway, convenience isn’t the only thing they have going for them. We added With Love, From PDX to our list of best gift baskets in Portland because of how our orders came out beautifully: the aesthetic looks premium and well-thought-out. 

They also offer a corporate and especially gifting service, which we think is perfect for entrepreneurs or businesses. They’ve also worked with other companies like NIKE, Columbia Sportswear, and more. 

For orders of 5 gifts in corporate gifting, it starts at $50 per gift. Price-wise, fairly reasonable.

You can expect a message from them with options of what you want to add to your collection. You can also customize your gifts along with crinkles, tissue paper, and engraving.

It’s also hassle-free because you can leave it up to them to take care of the sourcing, packaging, and delivery. 

When we reached out to their previous clients, they loved the variety of products the most. The options are great, so it’s easy to create gift baskets for anyone you have in mind. 

However, we think it’s important to take into consideration that they only offer store credit as their way of refunding. Since they are a small business, we think this is understandable. 

They’re also only open 3 days a week, so it might be hard for other people to catch them open. 

Overall, we like how Love, From PDX supports and promotes Portland businesses. We think it’s their strongest selling point because if you buy from them, you’d be supporting a lot of your neighbors.

Anyway, onto their services: we like that they sell artisan and farm products. This not only introduces their clients to a lot of products they might miss otherwise, but also creates an opportunity for small local businesses. 

When we tried out their gift basket service, we were pleased to see the variety of options you can add. They have smoked salmon and seafood, wine, chocolate and sweets, coffee and tea, cheese and sausages, and a lot more. 

We believe that because of the variety, it’s quite easy to curate the ideal gift basket for any type of person or company you’re going to give it to.  

We’ve received a few emails from their past customers who were thankful for this. They were able to avoid the hassle of holiday shopping because they were able to find something for each of their family members. 

However, we think that it’s important to mention that their customer service is not their strongest suit. 

We also received quite a few messages about their poor in-store and online service. They mentioned some of the workers were rude, while some didn’t address their needs.

We hope that they can improve this in the future.

They are hand-arranged and hand-delivered so you can be assured they will arrive safe and sound. They also have a same-day delivery option. 

However, we’ve received quite a few negative comments about their delivery option. Some of them mentioned it arriving so late in the day that the event is over. 

We think this is important to consider if you’re going to them for a rush job. 

Overall, we were quite satisfied with our experience with Portland Florist Shop. We recommend them to anyone, especially those who don’t have a clue about what to add to their gift baskets, as they have a lot of nice pre-made options. 

Stadium Flowers & Gifts has been serving the people of Portland since 1970. 

We love their free same-day delivery the most based on our own experience. A lot of the people we talked to also liked it, saying that their orders using this service arrived in time.

For them to ensure that you’ll still be receiving your orders on time, you should order them a day before the desired delivery time during major holidays, however. That’s pretty much par for the course for any gift shop during the holidays. 

Anyway, we also found it quite easy to order online, which is always a plus. We appreciate how we no longer need to drop by their store to see if they have what we’re looking for. 

For gift baskets, they have three options.

One is a simple fruit basket. Included in this are 16 pieces of an assortment of fruits and 3 snacks. 

The other one is called fruits and treats which is made up of 18 pieces of fruits, 3 bags of chocolates, and 2 cymbidium orchids. 

And lastly, the bountiful holiday gift basket which is overflowing with fruits, candies, cookies, and a holiday-themed mug with hot chocolate. 

For all the available gift baskets, you can opt for standard, deluxe, and premium types of arrangement. The more expensive the choice you opt for, the more impressive the display is. 

While we think their options are amazing as is, we do think that it wouldn’t hurt to add more. A customized basket might be preferred by some too. 

Nonetheless, we think that Stadium Flowers & Gifts is the one to go to when you need a hassle-free option to be delivered ASAP. 

If you’re looking for someone trustworthy because of how long they’ve been in the business, Kern Park Flower Shoppe might just be what you’re looking for. 

Having been around since 1915, they have a lot of experience in this field. From what people told us, they have a reputation for delivering quality service, beautiful floral arrangements, and enjoyable gift baskets for anyone. 

Customers also said a lot of positive things to us about their customer service and we can’t help but agree. 

Going inside Kern Park Flower Shoppe made us feel like we were well taken care of even though we went during a time when there were a lot of people.

Some of their past customers also told us that the flower arrangements and gift baskets they ordered felt like there was a personal touch. 

We think this has something to do with them being family-owned and operated because everything they work on is made sure to be worked on by passionate people.

We also think that their location is quite accessible, just as easy as it is to shop on their website.

The touchdown basket is made especially for football lovers. It is filled with peanuts, chips, dips, and crackers – perfect for when you’re watching the game. They even included an actual football!

The picnic basket for two is pre-made with pampering in mind. Included are cheeses, fruits, nuts, and more. They say it’s perfect for anniversaries or for saying congratulations. 

We do think that their arrangement needs more improvement in terms of the gift baskets. It felt a little bland and probably needs a more special touch to make it look more noteworthy. 

We would also appreciate it if there were a little more variety, so we could easily cater to anyone we want to give it out to.

All in all, we still love shopping over at Kern Park Flower Shoppe for the quality of their service. The gift baskets are not bad, so we still think they’re a wise choice, especially if you want to opt for someplace more trustworthy. 

One Little Bunch is another place that sells products that will allow you to show your love for the people in your lives.

They sell baskets filled with flowers that we think will surely make anyone who receives it feel very special.

For two days a week, they create unique bouquets of fresh cut flowers that they post on their social media. Once they post, anyone who wants to send someone they love their beautiful creations can do so.

They post on Wednesdays and Fridays so it would be best to watch out for their posts because they only sell until midday for that day or until they’re sold out—whichever comes first. Of course, you can place advance orders as well.

We like how they ensure that the flowers arrive looking fresh so they pack the goods in waterproof bags. This way, the flowers are hydrated until they’re placed in jars, vases, and the like.

We like how quick they are to deliver the flowers and how seamless it is to order online.

We love how each arrangement turns out and how beautiful their creations are!
