We recently talked to some folks who had their nose jobs at the Waldorf Center for Plastic Surgery, and they all said pretty much the same thing: the team really takes the time to understand what you need. 

It felt more like a partnership than just a procedure. The board-certified surgeons seemed super confident and skilled, especially when handling unique challenges.

When we went in for an undercover consultation, the surgical suite was really welcoming. We really appreciated this as it can definitely help calm those typical pre-surgery nerves. 

Plus, the place was modern and designed for comfort, making the whole experience way less stressful.

But there was a downside. A few patients mentioned that while they were promised follow-up consultations, those often didn’t happen. This left them feeling a bit overlooked, especially during recovery when they had questions and wanted more support.

Our team found that The Portland Center for Facial Plastic Surgery really prioritizes facial aesthetics and anatomy, making it a great pick if you’re considering rhinoplasty. 

They take a holistic approach, offering both surgical and non-surgical options that are tailored to each patient’s needs.

The patients we talked to really loved how personalized the surgeries were. They create custom plans based on their unique features and goals, and even use cool tech like computer imaging to help her visualize potential outcomes.

We observed this during our undercover research too. We found their detailed explanation super helpful for setting realistic expectations.

That said, there was a bit of a surprise after the consultation: they have a fee that wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand, which felt a bit misleading on the billing side.

On the bright side, the center provides solid post-operative care. They ensure patients are closely monitored during recovery to help achieve the best results.

Portland Plastic Surgery Group has a great team of four board-certified plastic surgeons, each with their own specialties. This means they can really tailor their services to fit your individual needs and goals.

During our undercover consultation, we were impressed by how the surgeons took the time to listen and address our researcher’s concerns, which felt really reassuring.

That said, one patient did mention that her initial consultation felt a bit dismissive. She felt disappointed when the doctor failed to respect her gender identity, so that’s something to keep in mind.

On the techniques front, the surgeons offer both open and closed rhinoplasty options, depending on what works best for you. 

And if you’re worried about recovery, many patients are back to work within a week. They provide clear post-op care instructions to help you heal well and be happy with your results.
