They respond quickly to calls and answer as thoroughly as possible regarding your concerns. Everyone in their company—from the office staff to the field crew—is knowledgeable and skilled in what they do to address your concerns properly.

Of all those on this list, they’re the ones who got the most compliments on the personality of their crew. Their crew is friendly and personable, even checking in with you while they do the job to check if you’re satisfied with the work so far.

We also admire how upfront they are about the work to be done. For example, if they spot something that can be unsafe to their crew, you, or your property, they let you know beforehand and explain how this may lead to extra charges.

They’re also upfront about the mistakes they made or can make. So while they strive to do a perfect job, they acknowledge how errors are unavoidable in the work they do.

An example of this was a few customers complaining about minor property damage due to All Around Arbor’s large equipment. However, these customers also told us they knew about that possibility before the job began.

You’ll also have to wait a month before they can come to your property because of their full schedule.

This has also led to a few customers complaining of the job being rushed, but they were pleased when All Around Arbor returned after they raised the concern.

Tom is knowledgeable and skilled in his work and can spot things others may miss. He does a thorough assessment before any work is done and reports to you his findings.

After reading this report, many of their customers are impressed by Tom’s eye for detail. He lets you know what he believes is the best thing to do for your tree and the appropriate trees to plant suitable for the Portland climate.

Most of their customers also admired how Tom can assess whether trees will be safe should a storm come. With proper trimming, all of the trees Tom said would be safe during a storm didn’t incur any damage at all!

None of the complaints we’ve heard of were about how they do the job but rather about schedule miscommunication. However, once a complaint is raised to them, they get back to you immediately to clarify things.

A more common complaint about them is regarding their payment methods. They don’t take credit cards, which can be inconvenient for some.
