5 Best Aesthetic Clinics in Portland OR to Put Your Best Face Forward
Portland loves a natural, low-maintenance look, and honestly, so do I. Still, I wouldn’t mind a little help looking less tired and more trail-ready.
I’m especially curious about Thermage clinics for that subtle, no-scalpel refresh. The goal is firmer skin, not a face that looks like it lost a bet.
Finding the best aesthetic clinic in Portland, OR can be a lot, so I narrowed it down. These spots stand out for thoughtful treatments, natural-looking results, and zero pressure to overdo it!

1. Aura Aesthetics

Address: 12525 NW Cornell Rd #204
Contact: 971-314-9367
Hours: Tuesday: 9.30 AM – 5 PM | Wednesday: 10.30 AM – 6 PM | Thursday – Friday: 9.30 AM – 5 PM
Finding a clinic that covers both aesthetic treatments and wellness services isn’t always easy, but Aura Aesthetics brings the two together.
It’s owned by Suzanne Jagger, a DNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice) and CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) with nearly two decades of nursing experience.
Jagger is also a lead educator and professional injectable trainer, while the clinic says its injectors train providers nationwide. That background is reassuring when you’re considering Botox or fillers, though no cosmetic procedure is entirely risk-free.
Aura also offers medically supervised GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide) weight management, BHRT (Bioidentical Hormone Therapy) services, HydraFacial, and Sciton BBL (BroadBand Light) treatments.
Its online SkinScore tool can also help visitors explore possible skincare needs before booking.
The main drawback is the schedule. Aura is open Tuesday through Friday only, so weekend appointments aren’t available.
Natural Results From Someone Who Truly Cares
I’ve been a member at Aura Aesthetics for years and have always trusted them for my lasers, peels, and skincare products. I’ve been getting Botox for years too, but recently decided it was time to switch injectors. Choosing someone new felt like a big decision, and I’m so happy I chose Jenna. She really listened to what I wanted, made me feel comfortable, took her time, and genuinely cared about me as a person—not just as another appointment. I absolutely love my results. They’re natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for! I also loved seeing my before-and-after photos.

Like Hanging Out With a Girlfriend (Who Makes You Look Amazing!)
If you’ve been thinking about starting a Botox journey, or if you feel like you’re not happy with the results you’ve been getting with your current provider, this is your sign. Go see Jenna!!!! She is the BEST! she explains EVERYTHING, like I low key left feeling like I could teach a Botox class, lol. She is super fast and super gentle. Honestly, my appointments with her just kind of feel like hanging out with one of my girls, except my girlfriends never make my face look this good.
10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

Keeping up with skin treatments is easier when the savings don’t disappear after one visit.
That’s why we were relieved to find that Thrive Aesthetic & Wellness offers tiered memberships for clients who plan to make injectables and skin treatments part of their regular routine.
The clinic is led by founder and medical director Dr. Adam Maddox, who works in integrative aesthetic and anti-aging medicine.
Thrive focuses on personalized treatments designed to refresh your appearance without pushing an overly dramatic result.
Its Refresh membership includes 10% off products and services, $1 off each tox unit, and $50 off each filler syringe. Members can pay monthly or annually, though the program still requires a 12-month commitment.
Thrive also offers IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) photofacials, chemical peels, fillers, neuromodulators, HydraFacial, and laser resurfacing.
Just note that membership benefits are non-transferable and must be used within the active term.
Unmatched Attention to Detail and Care
The staff at Thrive Aesthetic & Wellness are incredible! I was so fortunate to have Julia as my aesthetician. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, incredibly kind, and exceptional at her job. I cannot say enough about her attention to detail. I have had similar treatments at other offices, but this experience surpassed all of them. I am certain that I am in the best hands for my skincare needs.

Instantly Felt Like Family (And I’m In Love With My Reflection!)
I had my first visit at Thrive Aesthetics yesterday for Botox and lips, and I can’t say enough good things! Morgan is so welcoming and friendly; I instantly felt part of the family when I walked in. Chelsey is amazing — so kind, patient, and detail-oriented. She explained everything perfectly and made me feel totally comfortable the whole time. My results already look incredible, and I left feeling confident, refreshed, and maybe just a little too in love with my reflection 😂 Highly recommend!!

3. Aluma Aesthetic Medicine

Address: 1421 SE 13th Ave
Contact: (503) 688-9235 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Some Portland med spas offer everything but the kitchen sink. On the other hand, Aluma Aesthetic Medicine keeps its menu focused on nonsurgical facial rejuvenation.
The practice is led by Dr. Nathaniel Brigham, a board-certified internal medicine physician and former Navy flight surgeon. He brings more than 20 years of medical experience and has focused on aesthetic medicine since 2017.
Treatments include Botox, Dysport, fillers, Sculptra, InstaLift threads, Kybella, chemical peels, and SkinPen microneedling.
It’s a solid lineup for smoothing lines, restoring volume, lifting jowls, or improving skin texture without browsing a novel-sized service menu.
However, Aluma doesn’t advertise broad body-contouring or laser hair-removal services. It’s also open on weekdays only, so Saturday appointments are off the table.
From Skeptical to a Loyal Client for Life
I have historically been nervous and skeptical about treatments, injections, or trying new things on my skin – the Aluma team has totally changed this for me. I felt immediate trust with them, and my experiences over the past couple of years have only deepened that trust. They take the time to really understand what you want, they check-in after appointments, and I won’t go elsewhere!

Your Face is in Safe Hands Here
Your face is in safe hands here. Found Aluma 4ish years ago w a forehead in need of some ironing out. The no judgment and informative environment operated by professional providers keeps me coming back. I literally knew nothing coming in and now I have a custom maintenance plan to keep me looking rested and fresh 🙂 Bonus: Transparent pricing and they point out vendor product discounts for injectables.

Contact: 877-568-3594 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday: 9 AM – 6 PM | Tuesday – Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM | Saturday: 9 AM – 1 PM | Closed daily noon – 1 PM
Skin by Lovely says it’s Oregon’s No. 1 Botox Cosmetic provider and an Allergan-recognized Top 10 facial aesthetic practice nationwide.
This claim is supported by its senior injectors and national trainers in its Portland flagship houses.
When I came in for a consultation, I felt well-informed, with the team taking time to discuss facial balance rather than rushing straight toward a syringe.
It’s also worth noting that Portland is currently the only Skin by Lovely location offering Sofwave ultrasound skin tightening.
The clinic also provides DiamondGlow facials, PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin), EZ Gel, injectables, microneedling, and chemical peels.
Regulars can join the annual Self-Love Club or explore financing options, too.
Just watch the clock: late cancellations cost $75, no-shows cost $150, and the office closes from noon to 1 PM on weekdays.
Christi Was Perfect for a Nervous First-Timer
I’d happily give more than 5 stars if I could! I recently went in for botox treatment and was pretty nervous with it being my first time. Christi was amazing at making me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire process. She really answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns, and provided excellent service with her knowledge. During the treatment, she checked on me at every step. And I appreciated that she was conservative with my treatment especially with it being my first time. The location itself was beautiful, inviting, and clean.

10 Years of Consistently Subtle, Natural Enhancements
The staff at Skin By Lovely are absolutely amazing.
They are experienced and highly skilled at everything they do and their ability to analyze and address each client’s individual aesthetic and beauty goals is unparalleled.
I have had several different treatments with Rachelle over the past 10 years and I have them all!
Each one has delivered amazing results that have been consistently subtle and natural while also giving the notable enhancement I desired.
Couldn’t ask for anything more!

5. The Skin Suite Medical Aesthetics

Address: 656 SE Morrison St
Contact: (971) 990-2748 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday-Tuesday, 11 AM – 5 PM |Thursday-Sunday, 11 AM – 5 PM
A subtle refresh takes more than simply adding volume wherever there’s room. That’s why the Skin Suite Medical Aesthetics offers facial balancing, injectables, and collagen-supporting skin treatments.
The practice is owned by Brooke Rivera Sarti, a registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree and a focus on customized facial aesthetics.
Its menu includes SkinPen microneedling, non-ablative Ultra Laser rejuvenation, Xeomin, PRF EZ Gel, Sculptra, and hyperdilute Radiesse.
I’m especially intrigued by the aforementioned microneedling treatment, which is said to be effective for all skin tones and types unlike other acne scar treatments.
The main drawback is the appointment policy. Changes made within 48 hours cost $100, while more than two reschedules require a new deposit.
Brooke Gets It Right Every Time (And It Actually Lasts!)
Brooke is absolutely phenomenal and I cannot recommend her enough! I go to her for lip filler and botox and she gets me right every time. My botox in the past, usually wears off within a month or so but I can go about 4-5 months when I get it done by Brooke. She listens to her clients wants and needs, the space is always clean and she’s an absolute joy to be around. If you’re looking to book an appointment, this is your sign!!!

Honest Advice, No Upselling, and Under Budget!
Brooke is amazing! I had my first visit at The Skin Suite last week and will be back for all future treatment needs. I came into my appointment over prepared (financially) because I was unsure of how much filler/tox I would need. What stood out to me was after expressing my budget and discussing my facial concerns/goals. Brooke evaluated my anatomy and was transparent on what she thought was necessary and what wasn’t. She did not upsell any unnecessary services and I left The Skin Suite with beautiful, natural, and balanced results (and under my budget!)
