Thermage FLX is one of Pearl MedSpa’s strongest treatments. They’re using a newer system rather than older machines, which matters more than most people realize.

The energy delivery is more controlled, and the treatment goes deeper. It focuses on tightening skin and stimulating collagen without downtime.

Face, eyes, arms, and even some cellulite smoothing can be treated in one session. That usually runs about 60 to 90 minutes. 

Clients loved the comfort that the clinic provides. Several long-term clients mentioned how thorough the team is and how much time they take during appointments.

One client also credited their membership programme for keeping her skin on track. It’s pretty useful for those who want a regular trip to the spa clinic.

We also noticed they lean heavily into non-invasive treatments overall. Alongside Thermage, they offer CoolSculpting, Ultherapy, and Venus Freeze.

That said, they seem inconsistent across all services. Injectables appear to be more hit-or-miss. One client mentioned an uneven result for her filler treatments.

From what we’ve seen, the clinic takes a very personalized approach. Every client receives a thorough assessment to ensure treatments match their skin type and goals.

Clients said the staff is knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive. We also had to give a plus for making their clinic so cosy and comfortable.

They’re perfect until we heard feedback about timing. A client mentioned arriving 10 minutes early for an appointment, only to wait for 30 minutes to be accommodated.

One of LaserAway Portland’s advantages is that they use the Thermage FLX by Solta. It’s the newest radiofrequency system available.

Compared to older versions, it’s faster and more comfortable. It comes with built-in cooling, so treatments feel easier on the skin.

People generally notice results right away. The downtime is minimal too, which makes it great for those who want noticeable improvements without having to take days off.

We were also impressed by their team. Treatments are performed by registered nurses and physician associates. All of them are trained under board-certified dermatologists like Dr. Will Kirby.

They also offer personalized virtual consultations for Thermage. Their specialists assess the skin, identify concerns, and then create a tailored treatment plan.

They cover a wide range of areas, including the face, stomach, thigh, and even cellulite.

However, the clinic isn’t for everyone. Some clients have found their follow-ups and calls a bit overbearing, with multiple contacts in a short period.

They’re also happy to create a treatment plan that’s actually tailored to each person.

The only downside is the price since it’s on the higher side. Those with a limited budget might find their rates intimidating.
