And speaking of recovery, clients shared that they quickly recovered from their surgeries, with minimal and very tolerable discomfort. They also noted that the incision healed well.

For us, this speaks to precision and care taken during the surgery.

The clinic itself is clean and hygienic – something you’d expect from a facility prioritising patient safety and high standards of care.

The staff at the clinic is great too. Their receptionist, Annette, is very organised and friendly. Plus, their nurses and medical assistants know how to put patients at ease, making patients happy and satisfied. 

It’s just that their billing department falls short in notifying patients about their outstanding balance. This can be disappointing, especially since you expect clear communication about payments

That means patients can feel more confident knowing that the clinic complies with reliable healthcare quality standards. 

On top of that, they have professional, considerate surgeons and accommodating staff. In fact, patients describe their whole team as “epic”. From consultation to discharge, they enjoyed a stress-free process.

Focusing on their surgeons, we can say that they really are the men in their field. They cater to various hernias, like hiatal, incisional, and femoral. They’re experienced in treating each type, which is why they’re on our list.

We also appreciate how convenient it is to make a payment through their site. This allows patients to settle bills quickly.

One potential downside? It’s that their insurance processing can be a bit wobbly. A few clients had issues with their insurance paperworks saying that the clinic failed to provide the correct paperwork and therefore was not paid correctly.
