Walking into Monticello Antique Marketplace, I was immediately struck by how huge it is—20,000 square feet of antique goodness.
They’ve got over 100 dealers! Whether you’re hunting for classic furniture or even vintage craft supplies, you’re bound to find something that catches your eye.
The layout is fantastic: clean, well-organized, and well-lit. That’s why it’s easy to browse and appreciate the details of each item. The staff members were also friendly and chatty, so customers could enjoy swapping stories with other antique enthusiasts.
A nice surprise was the Monti’s Cafe right inside the marketplace. It’s a great spot to relax with a mimosa or some homemade baked goods.
I did run into a snag, though. I bought what I thought were vintage Shiny Brite ornaments, only to discover later that they were Chinese reproductions. The packaging concealed some details, so even my trained eye missed it. Just be extra cautious about authenticity when shopping!
Huge selection of vintage Americana, furniture, and more!
“Fun place to visit. Large indoor vintage shop with many vendors. Large selection of vintage Americana, furniture, clothing, outdoor stuff, plants, jewelry, and a ton more. Spend hours looking at everything, or grab a coffee at their cafe and walk around for fun.”

Antique Alley isn’t your average antique store. With over 100 dealers, the variety here is incredible.
If you love kitsch, you’ll find playful salt and pepper shakers and whimsical decor. For vintage clothing enthusiasts, there are rare Hawaiian shirts with standout patterns that are both nostalgic and stylish.
The store also shines with vintage kitchenware for fans of retro cooking tools. And for a touch of the unusual, they even have animal skulls—perfect for those who appreciate natural history or unique decor.
Nestled in the Hollywood District, the location adds to the charm. There are a lot of nearby shops and eateries, making it easy to spend a whole day exploring.
Just a heads up: a customer that we talked to mentioned feeling uncomfortable about some booths displaying adult magazines, so keep that in mind if you’re visiting with family.
Be prepared to find things you’ll adore
“I find a treasure every time I pop in! I love to drop off packages upstairs, then do a look walk around downstairs! They’ve really updated the vendors and I can really see how much the vendors care about each space. I’d love for them to be open on Sundays! Be prepared to find things you adore! It’s so cool to have such a great place in my neighborhood.”

Urbanite has quickly become my favorite spot for antiques and more in Portland. It’s not just about old stuff here. They mix in vintage, upcycled items and some really cool handmade pieces.
They’ve got stuff from over 54 small local businesses, so there’s always something new to discover—whether you’re hunting for industrial chic decor or stylish lighting.
They host awesome Second Sunday Flea Markets, where local vendors sell fresh food, quirky trinkets, and beautiful crafts. It’s a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon and support local talent.
Plus, they’ve got this rotating fine art gallery that changes every month, so there’s always fresh artwork to check out.
The store itself is laid out in these cool room vignettes. It’s like walking through a series of mini-showrooms, which makes it super easy to imagine how the pieces would look in your own space.
However, I wished that the employee working here when I visited had been more helpful for a better experience.
Amazing curation, helpful staff, well-organized store
“One of my favorite places in Portland! Always look forward to seeing the treasures their talented vendors curate. Most genuinely kind and helpful team. Markets and holiday events are always fun and well organized. So thankful to have Urbanite in our community!”

Well-curated vintage market with diverse selection
“Very clean, bright, and well curated vintage market with lots of different vendors. Parking is very convenient as is the location in general. The staff were very friendly and easy to approach with questions. The prices on most items seemed fair though somethings were a little on the high side. Overall I would highly recommend just for the amount of varying things they have.”

Stars & Splendid Antiques Mall is a must-visit for any antique enthusiast.
First off, this place is huge—over 10,000 square feet of vintage treasures. With more than 250 dealers, the variety is just incredible. You can find everything from mid-century furniture to quirky home decor, and it feels like each booth has its own little story.
The setup is super inviting too. Each booth is carefully curated, giving you a real sense of different styles and eras.
What I really appreciated was how affordable everything seemed. Compared to other antique stores around town, they had some surprisingly reasonable prices.
The atmosphere was another highlight. The staff and dealers were friendly and the whole place had a welcoming vibe.
Plus, they’re open seven days a week, which makes it easy to fit a visit into your schedule.
However, a few items seem to linger in the mall for a while as they aren’t in high demand. This could affect your experience if you’re seeking fresh or current finds.
Huge place, wide selection, great finds
“This place is HUGE and there’s 2 buildings! I was in awe at the wide selection and great finds here. A must-see if you like antiquing! I was recommended to this place by another small antique shop in the area. I can’t wait to go back”

Memory Den Vintage Mall is the largest vintage mall in Portland. We’re talking two whole floors of a retro 1937 warehouse packed with over 140 local vendors.
From quirky furniture pieces and retro home decor to racks of cool, old-school clothing, there’s something for everyone. And the best part? It’s not just your typical vintage fare. I found some really unique items that you wouldn’t come across in most antique stores.
One of the standout features has to be the radio wall display. Picture this: 83 vintage radios lined up on a wall. It’s these kinds of little details that give Memory Den its unique character.
Plus, I love that they’re so supportive of local vendors. It’s clear that it’s a community hub that provides a platform for small businesses and artists. It’s a great spot to pick up something special while supporting the local scene.
That said, it’s worth noting that the quality of items can be a bit hit-or-miss. Some pieces are real gems, but others might not be in the best condition or could be a bit overpriced.
Fun place, it feels almost like a museum
“Oh my goodness. This place is so fun. Many different sellers in a very large warehouse space. They have a bar and a little coffee stand and so many of the sellers have created totally magical worlds with their stands (especially upstairs). It feels almost like a museum. I found some great finds for good prices. Not everything was well priced, there was certainly a lot of really expensive stuff but one can definitely get a steal here if you know what to look for. Give yourself at least 45 minutes to wander around.”

Memory Den has all the vintage finds you want
“When we visited here last week, I had no idea what an amazing, magical place it would be. All the mid-century, modern furnishings, decor, and clothing you might dream of. Whole rooms set up in all their wood panel glory. Carpets that were deep, and every flat surface adorned with an ashtray immediately took me back to my childhood. I left with a beautiful new clock, and a burning desire to return and explore again as soon as we can!”
