For my birthday party, I checked out The Lippman Company, which is a gem you’ve got to visit.

When I walked in, I was struck by the sheer number of party supplies they offer. They’ve got every kind of balloon you can think of—latex, foil, you name it. They even have helium tank rentals, custom balloon arrangements, and delivery services. 

The variety is also fantastic. I was amazed by the range of colors and sizes they offer. Whether you’re planning a themed bash or a simple get-together, they’ve got you covered. 

The selection goes far beyond just balloons. The Lippman Company has everything from basic party supplies to elaborate decorations, piñatas, and even costumes.

However, their customer service could use a little work. I found some of the staff to be less than welcoming.

Their selection of balloons is impressive. They offer a wide variety of options, from unique arrangements to themed designs, so you’re sure to find something perfect for any occasion.

What I really appreciated was their focus on gift-giving. Their balloon arrangements aren’t just decorations—they’re thoughtful gifts that can convey special messages. They can make any celebration feel even more personal.

While my delivery was on time, others reported that their balloons arrived later than expected. So, while their service is generally reliable, it might not always be perfect.

For an all-around balloon experience, Balloons on Broadway in Portland is the place to go. I worked with them for my parents’ anniversary, and their balloon artistry truly impressed me. 

What I loved most was their knack for thematic and event-specific designs. They create intricate balloon displays that perfectly match the theme of your occasion. 

Their team goes above and beyond, offering consultations to help you pick the perfect designs and arrangements. 

Another plus is their commitment to sustainability. They use biodegradable balloons and eco-friendly materials, which is a big win for environmentally conscious folks.

Despite the great service, they can be a bit slow to respond to inquiries. This is quite inconvenient when you’re planning something last minute.

Established in 1987,  Bouquets & Balloons really know their stuff when it comes to balloons. Their team, including Oregon’s first Certified Balloon Artist, works closely with the customers to tailor designs to their event’s theme and vibe. 

Unlike other stores that just do balloons, Bouquets & Balloons lets you mix and match flowers with balloon arrangements. Their innovative designs are eye-catching and make any event unforgettable. 

They also handle everything from balloon arches to themed displays, and they’re experienced with large-scale events like parades. It’s a huge plus if you’re planning something major and want it all managed smoothly.

Although their prices are on the higher side, I find them reasonable, given the quality and creativity of their balloon and floral arrangements.

Excellent service despite of a snow storm

“I ordered a 5ft clown made of balloons for my grandmother’s 94th birthday. When I called, the shop was very helpful and friendly to order from and they delivered the balloons on time despite a snow storm coming into Portland.
