Brian, the owner, takes pride in giving personal attention to each guest. He ensured that I found a wig that not only looked effortlessly natural but also felt perfectly comfortable and complemented my unique style.

I also loved how Wigland offers private fitting rooms and expert trimming services tailored to accentuate my facial features. When Brian trimmed the bangs of my wig, I felt like Dakota Johnson, ready to run the world.

What really stands out for me about Wigland is their caring approach to customers dealing with hair loss, especially those going through chemotherapy. 

They not only offer wigs but also teach their customers how to maintain and care for them, providing ongoing support that goes beyond just selling products.

On a side note, I think the prices of their wigs are higher than what I had anticipated. This one is a bummer, especially considering that some of their wigs are flimsy.

Another cool thing is that they offer human hair and synthetic wigs, both of which are of top-notch quality. The synthetic options are so soft and natural-looking that it’s hard to believe they’re not real hair! 

Plus, Wigs Wear House goes the extra mile by including services like comb-outs and alterations in the purchase price, adding further value to their offerings.

While I appreciated their laid-back atmosphere, some customers we talked to mentioned that they would appreciate it more if the staff were more inviting.
