You don’t feel like you’re being judged at all, she really helps make you feel at ease because of how open and positive she is.

We particularly enjoy the tools and self-discovery assignments during the sessions. We find them very effective and engaging. 

We like that this facility offers a wide range of services. Not only can they help with career counseling and coaching, but they can also offer business coaching, marketing coaching, resume/cover letter help, and interview preparation. 

You can also do this one-on-one or in groups. They’re very versatile and can adapt to different situations and needs.

However, we noticed that they respond faster via email or phone calls. So it might be best to reach out to them through those channels. 

We do wish that they had a more updated site as it makes it a bit hard to look through their services. Still, overall, we think that our experience with them is fantastic and they’re definitely worth a spot on our list.

One of the things we like about them is that they have a large team composed of experienced counselors and coaches with different specializations. So you can easily find one that meets your needs. 

All of them have incredible credentials and extensive experience. Plus, they’re all friendly and approachable, making it easy to build rapport. 

Whether you’re an executive who needs coaching, or someone going through a career transition needing help with interviews, resumes, and applications, there’s someone who can help you. 

They offer a variety of packages for every need. Their most famous one is called 9 Hour Complete Job Search. 

For $875, they’ll allot 9 hours helping you with job search strategy, coaching you on your resume, and writing sessions. This also includes a workbook and email and phone support when needed. 

Although a bit pricey, this package is tried and tested and best suggested for those who need help analyzing their career path and preparing for job applications. 

They also have services for executives, creatives, resume and letter assistance, and interview preparation. Other services include therapeutic guidance, decision coaching, healing from workplace trauma, and performance coaching. 

They’re a one-stop shop for counseling at every stage of your professional career, based on what we’ve seen. 

One thing we noticed, however, is their website is a bit sparse in information. So that’s something to consider with this facility. 

Although not as well known as the other coaching facilities that came before, we think Dr.  Ursina Teuscher is worth checking out. Aside from being open to inquiries and concerns 24/7, she’s also a joy to work with, based on our experience. 

She has an impressive academic background and experience. She has a professional license and MS in Psychology. 

She also has a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Applied Psychology with a focus on decisions and life transitions. This is why aside from career counseling, she also offers personal decision counseling, professional coaching, and personal coaching. 

She’s a good fit if you’re looking for a new career and exploring your options or if you need strategic career planning. 

What we like about her career counseling style is how she is able to strategically help you find clarity in situations that frighten or overwhelm you. She’ll help streamline your goals and help you see the bigger picture. 

She’ll also help you have immediate action plans that are realistic and easy to follow. She won’t be vague or beat around the bush, which we appreciate. 

She also checks your progress in between sessions, so you also feel motivated to move forward and do the self-work that comes with counseling. 

We also noticed that her rate is more affordable compared to competitors. She charges $160 per 45 minutes for individual sessions. 

If you plan to have long-term coaching, she also offers packages where you can get a better deal. We do wish her website is a bit more updated as it can be a bit hard to look through her services. 

Still, we think she is worth checking out and definitely worthy of a mention on our list.

Her website is a treasure trove of free resources that can help you. She has personality quizzes that help you learn more about your career prospects, free webinars, and great content on social media available that you can look through. 

Still, her one-on-one coaching sessions are worth going to because she’ll really hold your hand through the whole process as you explore different career paths or search for a job. 

What she provides in these sessions is an actionable strategy for achieving the bigger vision of your goals. She uses a bunch of exercises that will help you map your career and walk toward finding a job that matches your talent and goals.

We noticed that her rates are more affordable compared to competitors, so if you’re on a limited budget but don’t want to compromise on quality, she’s a great option.
