Another executive coach in Portland that we found through word of mouth is Spark a Career. Although it sounds like it’s more into career counselling, its owner (Kristin Schuchman) is also a business coach.

In fact, she’s a member of the Forbes Coaching Council. This shows she’s recognized alongside other top pros in the field, and it’s a strong background that’s definitely on our checklist.

Her coaching approach and vibe are also very personalised and non-judgmental. Clients said she gently guides them and allows them to reach their own conclusions, without trying to influence their decisions. 

We also appreciate the free 30-minute consultation Kristin offers. It gives clients a chance to get a feel of her coaching style and see if her approach suits them.

Another point worth noting is that she offers remote coaching sessions, providing convenience and flexibility for busy professionals who can’t meet in person.

Just note that Kristin works on her own, so expect that she has limited availability.

But what we love most about Leezá is how supportive she is. Her clients have said she treats them with heart and expertise and helps them find a strategic plan that works. Her lovely speaking voice is just another bonus!

Downside? We believe Leezá’s broad service range may affect her focus on a single area.
