The sales rep we communicated with worked proactively and quoted us very competitive pricing on new equipment.

Their product knowledge is strong too, and we have never had a hard time choosing products. Once we were able to finalize our order, they were able to coordinate logistics fast.

They had a same-day pick-up option, and we tried that. Needless to say, the process was easy – convenient too because their location is accessible.

Grainger offers one of the largest selections of industrial maintenance supplies we’ve encountered in Portland. Their product offerings cover over 30 categories, including HVAC, electrical, and more.

We have no qualms about the quality of their offerings too. They carry many industrial-grade brands and US-made products, so options are wide-ranging. 

What’s great is that they have multiple branch locations, as well as an advanced online platform. We liked the convenience of both local pick-up and delivery options.

Speaking of orders, we’re happy to note that multiple clients reported seamless same-day and next-day delivery. This makes them ideal for any urgent needs, particularly for bulk orders.

Unfortunately, customers can’t directly call the local branches, which would’ve been helpful for inventory checks. Certain branches also have limited weekend hours.

On the bright side, they have digital ordering tools that help companies track, reorder, and manage supplies efficiently. This is a major advantage for those who want to commit to them in the long term.

What we liked is that Cintas offers a hands-off system that’s really handy for businesses. Unlike other vendors, Cintas also helps monitor inventory and regularly refills products. 

On top of that, their cleaning programs are also customizable. The clientele is versatile too. Cintas tailors offerings to restaurants, manufacturing plants, and healthcare facilities.

Regional coverage is another strong suit, serving multiple Oregon and Washington locations. 

Plus, the customer service is up to our standards – it’s easy to contact them for quotes, schedule service visits, and adjust existing programs.  

We only wish their pricing were a lot more transparent, so clients can easily compare options. Their delivery minimums are less budget-friendly for retail clients too.

On the good side, the clients we spoke to did say that their rates are average. Better, lower prices are usually available for bulk and recurring orders as well.
