We also like that they’ve got wheels for every kind of trip. If city driving, they have a Nissan Sentra. If you need a little more space, they have SUVs like the Toyota RAV4.

Another huge advantage? They even have a specific corporate car option, perfect for entrepreneurs who want to travel in style.

You’ll also get a ride that’s spotless and actually feels well cared for—no funky smells or mystery stains. A client even shared that the company handed the Subaru to her with clean interiors and a full tank.

Staff are also welcoming and accommodating, especially Italy at the front desk. She made the check-in process smooth and even gave a complimentary upgrade when the client said he would use it for his cousin’s wedding.

Pricing is reasonable for us too. They’re very transparent about instances where you’ll need to pay extra, informing clients before they sign the agreement.

The downside? They tend to file damage claims very often, even though clients said that the scratch was already there even before they rented it.

Enterprise-A-Car is another reputable rental company with multiple branches across Portland. We personally like how they strategically place their branches near local attractions and airports.

As for their car rental collection, they have everything from small economy cars (like the Mitsubishi Mirage) to minivans (like the Chrysler Pasifica). We can say that they’re both tourist and family-friendly.

Their cars also don’t disappoint—well-maintained interiors, cool air conditioning, and full tank vehicles ready for cruising.

We also appreciate how customer-focused their staff are. They take time to explain everything up front, from insurance options to return policies. This way, you know exactly what you’re signing up for.

They also have a supportive team offering prompt response to concerns. For instance, a client had an issue with the van he had reserved. The team quickly provided a different vehicle while ensuring it met the client’s needs and preferences.

The only hiccup is that sometimes the car you booked online isn’t the one waiting for you at pickup, so be prepared for a possible swap.

Gold Star Rental PDX is also one of our great finds. It’s easy to access, plus, they’ve got some nice luxe cars available.

The last time we checked, they had a 2015 BMW 4 Series available. It also comes with free delivery for week-long bookings. For us, it’s already a standout deal, especially if you’re eyeing something luxurious to drive.

They also have some laidback cars if you’re after a reliable set of wheels for simple point A-to-point B trips.

Aside from that, their cars are also in great shape. Clients noted that the cars they rented ran smoothly, with no weird noises or worn-out vibe, and everything felt clean and ready to roll.

They also have an honest staff, which is very admirable. They returned a photo album of a client that was left on the back seat. This level of care really gives you peace of mind, especially when travelling with personal items.

The only catch? It’s not the cheapest rental out there, so make sure the perks are worth it for your trip.

On top of that, they cover everything from compact city cars to roomy SUVs for some fun weekend adventures. We can say that they really cater to every type of traveller.

Their customer service is also something you’d want to encounter over and over again. They address concerns promptly, such as upgrading a car type without extra charges and providing a free tank of gas after a client had a problem with their booked car.

Another huge advantage of them is that they have an application where you can book and track your rental transactions.

If there’s one problem, it’s their waiting time. Some clients mentioned that their reserved cards aren’t always right at pickup.

Easy Rental could be your go-to choice if you’re looking for a reliable car for your business trip. 

They offer a dedicated rental service for entrepreneurs, with luxury SUVs and business vans available to rent. You can also choose if you want a chauffeur-driven option. And in terms of convenience and professional service, they’ve totally won us with that.

However, if you want a more relaxed trip, you can also get a car rental with a driver. 

Aside from that, we felt reassured with their 24/7 roadside assistance. You’ll feel backed up, be it a flat tire or a dead battery. Combine that with well-maintained vehicles and attentive staff, and Easy Rental really makes any trip feel stress-free.

Their free cancellation is also something that we really appreciate, giving you flexibility when plans suddenly change.

Deposits? They don’t really require that – they have this rent now pay when you arrive feature. 

The only downside is that they’re inconsistent and have some reservation issues. A client shared a frustrating experience in which he booked a Range Rover, only for the company to repeatedly cancel it.
