If you’re after a nose refresh that looks natural and not obviously done, Dr. Vila is the guy to book.

His consults are refreshing and straight to the point. We like how he actually sits down with you, studies your features, and asks what you want to see in the mirror. 

Some of his patients that we talked to said they were worried about looking “overdone”, but Dr. Vila immediately reassured them. He showed them a quick sketch, showing exactly how a few well-placed filler drops could shift the balance in their nose. 

We also like that he doesn’t sugarcoat anything. He tells patients right away that fillers can’t shrink their nose, but can smooth out bumps or lift a droopy tip. 

The actual appointment is 10 minutes start to finish, and that includes a pep talk for the needle-phobic ones. 

If there’s a catch, it’s the waitlist. Getting a touch-up slot can feel like trying to snag concert tickets.

Dr Michael Kim’s office doesn’t have that cold, clinical front desk energy that we felt at other clinics we visited. The staff actually greets you like you’re a person, not a chart number, and Dr. Kim himself is about as far from a pushy salesperson as you can get. 

We like how he spends time listening to his patients’ concerns. One of our researchers booked an appointment with him and was impressed by how he actually draws a diagram to show what can (and can’t) be done with fillers. 

The procedure itself? It only takes 15 minutes. Many of the former patients we talked to said they liked that the result felt more like a subtle polish rather than a dramatic change.

Bruising was barely noticeable, if at all. The patients we talked to even joked that the only real “side effect” was the sudden urge to take selfies from every angle. 

If we had to nitpick, we don’t like the wait. Dr. Kim is in demand, so bring a book or listen to your favorite podcast—you might spend like 30 minutes in the waiting room.

One thing we appreciated about Aesthetic Laser Centre was how easy it was to book an appointment with them. There’s often no need to wait for weeks just to secure an open slot.

Plus, the treatment itself is over before you can finish scrolling your feed. Many of their former patients said they love being able to squeeze an appointment in between errands. 

But what really won us over, though, are the staff. We like how they don’t just usher you in and out—they actually walk you through what’s happening, step by step.

One thing that immediately stood out when we were looking into Dr John S. Lee was his free consultations. It’s not something that you always see, so it was pretty surprising when we found out about it.

His are also low-pressure, which we appreciate. He doesn’t upsell services or pressure patients to commit. He’s also very upfront about his specialty: he focuses strictly on the nose bridge. 

If your main goal is to add a little height or definition to your nose bridge, Dr. John S. Lee is the person you want to see. But if you’re hoping for tip tweaks or nostril drama, you’ll need to keep searching. 

The actual appointment is the definition of efficient. The filler is done in under 30 minutes. Some people even joked that it took longer to find parking.

Dr. Lee uses Radiesse, which is made from calcium-based particles that your body already knows how to handle. That’s why his patients usually have no weird reactions—no swelling, no redness, just a subtle lift.

Everything about the process at VIP Medispa felt refreshingly straightforward. You walk in, chat with the staff, and before you know it, you’re back out the door with a slightly more photogenic profile. 

We appreciated how the staff handled every question. Whether it was “how much will this hurt” or “will my nose still feel like a nose?”, they answered everything patiently and without a hint of eye-rolling. 

However, if you’re the type who needs to see a 3D hologram of your future nose before committing, they don’t do that here. You’ll just have to rely on before-and-after photos of others. 

That said, the results speak for themselves. The changes we’ve seen were subtle but definitely confidence-boosting. There were no strange angles or overdone tips.

We also really appreciate that they offer flexible payment via Cherry Financing. While non-surgical rhinoplasty isn’t as expensive as surgical rhinoplasty, this financing option can still be helpful to some.
