Public Storage has a bunch of options for storage units. They’ve got climate-controlled spaces for sensitive items, plus indoor and outdoor units, so you can pick what suits you best. They even got dedicated units for cars, RV, and boats!

They usually run some great deals, like the first month for just a dollar. This is awesome if you’re just getting started with renting and don’t really have much budget.

We also appreciate that they offer month-to-month rentals. It’s perfect for those not looking to commit long-term and those who want to switch things up whenever they need to.

Loading and unloading is super easy because of the drive-up access. Plus, if you need packing supplies, you can grab those right there.

That said, there are some complaints about security. A few customers have reported break-ins. One person even mentioned that some of their stuff was sold at auction without proper notice. 

However, Public Storage has implemented additional security measures to prevent these from happening again. In addition to video surveillance, a tamper-proof alarm system, and insurance, they’ve also installed additional lighting to deter unauthorized access at night.

Extra Space Storage has a bunch of different unit sizes. Whether you’re just stashing a few personal items or need room for a bigger business, you’ll find something that fits your needs perfectly. 

Getting in and out is a breeze with their drive-up access, too. They also take security seriously, with electronic gate access and on-site management, so you can relax knowing your stuff is safe.

We also appreciate how friendly and helpful the staff are. It makes the whole experience enjoyable. 

Plus, they have some nice extras, like a covered loading bay to keep you dry while you’re moving stuff around, and they can even accept deliveries for you.

That said, some customers have mentioned issues with maintenance. Some experienced broken heating and air conditioning systems for their climate-controlled units.

The lobby is pretty welcoming, with free Wi-Fi for anyone needing to get some work done while they’re moving. Plus, they’ve got moving supplies available right there.

And if you’re unsure about your plans, SecureSpace lets you make risk-free reservations. You can lock in a low rate without paying right away, giving you some extra peace of mind while you figure things out.

However, we think their communication needs improvement. One customer reported to us that, despite multiple follow-ups, they weren’t able to receive their promised refund.

When it comes to renting, you’ve got a lot of options. You can do it in person, over the phone, or even online, which makes everything pretty flexible. 

They’ve got 24/7 surveillance with high-definition cameras keeping an eye on everything. Access to the units is gated and requires a personal code, so only authorized folks can get in. 

Each storage unit also has its own alarm system, adding another layer of protection for your stuff. The whole facility is fenced off too.

What we loved most about them is the staff—they’re super friendly and always ready to help you find the right unit for your needs.

The only downside we experienced was some hassle with payment processing. There were repeated issues with payments not going through correctly, which led to additional fees and frustration over accessing the accounts.

This is my second time renting here since my move here; I had a few issues which Tim solved quickly and professionally. Plus, if you’ve got anything sensitive, there are climate-controlled options to protect your belongings from temperature changes. 

The only thing is, it’s a little hard to access the units because of the limited entry points and the layout of the facility. It could be a hassle to move items in and out, especially if you have large vehicles.
