We found this to be because of their professionalism and reliability. They do great customer care too, so it’s no wonder people come back.

Despite the numerous sparkling reviews, we were able to talk to a few people who didn’t have a great experience at Nielsen’s Jewelers. Their remarks mostly targeted the repair service, saying it needs improvement.
