When we reached out to their clients, we asked about their experience with this auto service shop – Did they find it pleasant? Was there something they think needs to be improved? 

A lot of them said that the mechanics were great at communicating with clients. 

For instance, the mechanics were able to thoroughly explain the work that needs to be done. They did it in a way that doesn’t sound confusing for people who have no idea about technical work in cars. 

Additionally, many were also pleased with how K&M Auto Service Shop does their work fast. Of course, depending on the damage and the part that needs to be fixed, the turnaround time would be different.

Although those with different car concerns still mentioned that they got their cars back in no time. For this, we still consider them speedy in all their services. 

Surprisingly, this auto repair shop’s working space was also clean and organized. Truth is, not a lot of repair shops have a place as nice as this, so we thought it’s important to add.  

While talking to K&M Auto Service Shops customers, we also discovered their cost to be pricier than most shops. After comparing their rates to the city average, we found these claims to be true, which is slightly disappointing. 

If you have budget constraints, we think this is important to consider. However, if you don’t mind spending a bit more (especially if the location is more convenient to you) then the trip is well worth taking.

One of the things that makes Mac’s Automotive & Radiator Repair stand out is how they still work on certain car parts that most mechanics can’t do anymore. This makes them a sweet choice for older cars with parts that are difficult to procure. 

When we had a chat with their clients, a lot of them own vintage or classic cars that are a bit tricky to fix. It’s because some have hard-to-find parts, so not a lot of mechanics aren’t too keen to get their hands on them.

We found that because of this, this auto repair shop is recommended by a lot of car enthusiasts and collectors. 

Most of the clients we talked to were exactly like this, but there were also some who were not. However, a lot of them had similar things to say. 

They admired how the mechanics are good with communication. Not only were the mechanics able to explain the job that needed to be done, but they were also consistent with how they communicated with customers. 

They give constant updates throughout the process, which makes the client feel like they’re more trustworthy and professional. It also keeps them in the loop of things so they can monitor the progress to their liking. 

Considering the work they do with these special cars, higher price points are expected. However, past clients felt that the quoted price felt like it was too much and they could’ve probably found a cheaper option. 

Additionally, some returning customers felt that this auto repair shop wasn’t consistent with the quality of their work. This is because sometimes, the customers are completely satisfied, but there are times when they leave here disappointed.

One of the main reasons why we added Andy’s Auto Supply & Repair is because of the female customers who went here. 

When we interviewed several car owners who took their business here, we noticed a considerable number of women who were quite pleased with how this auto repair shop addressed their concerns. 

They told us that the mechanics here didn’t dumb down their explanations of the process, which, unfortunately, happens a lot in auto repair stores. Sadly, some may also discriminate against you if you’re a woman. 

Andy’s Auto Supply & Repair made them feel that they were being treated as any other customer. This is a crucial point for us because we value customer care above all else. 

We think this is one of the reasons why this repair shop has had a lot of returning customers over the years. After all, they seem to provide a safe space for female drivers who just want a comfortable time as customers. 

Moreover, the pricing they give out is fair and honest. According to many customers, this is a valuable thing to consider because their experience with other shops was quite the contrary. 

With other radiator repair shops. they said that they’ve experienced unfair quotations, noting how the service was overpriced. They were glad that they didn’t experience that here. 

Actually, sometimes quotations can still be inaccurate especially if they haven’t seen the actual problem. But we’re confident that this shop won’t overcharge since they have no history of unfair and dishonest fees.

Unfortunately, there were a few customers we’ve talked to who said Andy’s Auto Supply & Repair could use some improvement when it comes to communication. 

This was mostly because they felt like they weren’t understood when they explained their concerns, so they weren’t being charged correctly. It seems that they sometimes have a hard time understanding the customers’ problems from time to time. 

Since several people have commented on this, we do think this auto repair shop needs to improve on this aspect. Nonetheless, the good things we mentioned redeem these drawbacks at a good scale.

When we reached out to their customers and asked for their insights, they generously walked us through with in-depth perspectives about what they loved about this repair shop. 

A lot of those who experienced car emergencies and needed urgent repair were quite satisfied with how Art of Maintenance was able to help them. 

Not only that, they do their work fast too. Many clients were surprised that their cars were ready in a relatively short time.

This auto repair shop also provides an accurate diagnosis, which we confirmed through recent records of diagnostic reports (and comparing those to evident repair needs seen on the actual vehicle).

A lot of shops still struggle with this matter so it’s either they don’t address their customer’s concerns or they make the damage worse. 

Moreover, we found that Art of Maintenance was also honest in advising clients on how to best decide. If you don’t need the repair, they don’t push which ultimately wins our standard for honesty.

Because of a lot of feedback from customers regarding this, we think it’s safe to say that Art of Maintenance has proven their capability and credibility. 

There were, however, a few mentions of their poor customer service. A few customers said that some staff members were rude, which disheartened them from ever going back here. 

We do hope that Art of Maintenance could improve on this because they have a lot of qualities that make them an astounding choice. 

Multnomah Automotive has been providing repair services in Portland for 18 years. 

This is why when we talked to several of their customers, we weren’t surprised when we learned that a lot of them were returning clients. 

We asked them what they liked the most about this car repair shop and what they think needs to be improved. 

A lot of customers gave recognition to Multnomah Automotive’s fast responses. They said because of this, their concerns were addressed immediately, which makes the whole process speedy and efficient. .

This auto repair shop also gave thorough explanations, which a lot of customers thought helped them with making a decision.

Moreover, they also give clients constant updates to how their cars are doing. We found that clients felt more taken care of this way, which makes them more satisfied overall. 

We did notice that this auto repair shop is on the pricier side. If you have a specific budget, it’s possible that Multnomah Automotive might not work best for you.
