Having lasted that long is a good indicator that they were able to provide quality services and products to their new and loyal customers. The way customers were satisfied with the experience here supports that idea. 

Based on the messages we’ve received and our personal experiences, we have to say that we were quite satisfied with their in-store services. They were quick to answer our concerns. 

A lot of people who had their items delivered were able to receive their orders fast. Some even got the pleasant surprise of receiving them a week early. 

An important thing to note is that most of what they sell is commercial. Depending on what you’re looking for, this could be a hit or miss. 

We also would like to add that a lot of people advised that you should double-check your appointment with them as they might have missed it. 

They also commented on their poor customer service, saying they haven’t answered their calls or emails. Based on this, we believe their services are much better in-store.

We also would like to commend how they have been providing services for at least 85 years.  

Aside from these, we also appreciate how they have financing options regardless of one’s credit score. 

All you need to do is reach them at their contact number to discuss with the sales representative about possible options. 

They would be asking you a few questions such as what your credit score is if this is your first time purchasing a truck, and so on. 

After your conversation, they would be sending you truck options via email. 

We also like how they have a huge repair station at their operating center and other customers think so too. They commented that this is a plus because it shows that their trucks are in prime condition. 

What we think could be improved with this shop is the inventory on their website. We would appreciate it more if we could easily see most if not all available options. 

While we can always easily call, we can’t help but think of how faster the transaction would be if that were to be the case. 

Considering all the points, we believe that if you’re a business owner or just looking to buy a new truck, they might be a suitable option for you. 

FMI truck sales & service made it to our list because of their customer service. 

They were able to promptly answer our call during work hours to tend to our concerns. Not only did they have suggestions, but they also helped with providing a solution to our truck-related problems. 

A lot of people say that this shop already has everything they need so they don’t need to go to another place anymore.

What other customers also loved about them is that they also provide several other services such as body fabrication and installation, rental trucks, and specialty components. 

They are the largest supplier of New Isuzu and Hino Parts in the Pacific Northwest, so if this is something you’re also in search of, there’s a huge chance you’ll find it here. 

What we’re kind of unsure about is that we’ve read quite a few complaints online about their repair services, saying that what they had repaired broke again in a matter of days. 

Some even say that they weren’t able to even fix it at all. 

While this is something to consider if you’re also looking for a repair service, we also think that it could be on a case to case basis depending on the damage. 

Overall, we believe that if you’re looking for a place to not only purchase trucks but also find parts for them, this shop might just be worth your time.

While there are a lot of good points in choosing Ron Tonkin Mazda, there are also quite a few complaints about them from their clients.

There were a handful of notes to us about how their services and products were pricier than their competitors. Some also commented about the poor quality of their used vehicles like seeing dents and needing to replace some parts. 

Generally, we do think that they are still a viable option, especially if you want to do your truck shopping entirely online and just go to their office if they already have the vehicle ready for you to check.
