We also found that working with them is a seamless and hassle-free process from start to finish. Everything starts with a free inspection and then they’ll provide the client with a written estimate, usually with the client’s budget in mind.

For us, having a written estimate makes the pricing model much more transparent which earns our trust. Plus, their rates are generally fair anyway (as most of the clients attested too) so the fees aren’t much of a shocker.

Their response time and customer service could do some work but overall, they’re pretty decent with what they have now. Their wide materials selection may even make up for this minor drawback because we always love options.

Unlike any other roof service company (which only gives out free estimations) what we think sets CRS apart is their free inspections. Besides that, their team is always happy to assist them with professional guidelines regarding all things about roofs. 

After reviewing their profile, we are wowed with how competent they are from pre-inspection up to the completion of the project. However, we find their often slow turnaround times an inconvenience that could also affect the overall experience.

On the other hand, CRS’s pricing system is fair and reasonable considering the average rates in the area. On top of that, customers are assured that the quality materials aren’t compromised (which they do as we’ve checked)

Finally, discounts are also offered to customers with larger homes (it depends though on the additional square footage needed). Additionally, special deals are also available from time to time, which we think would help you decide to hire them for your roofing needs.
